Location in goreme and you can see the hot air balloons in the morning. Pool and breakfast had a variety. Car park space onsite in front of the hotel, CCTV cameras.

The hotel is 3 star but very comfortable and placed in a quiet place. The balloons are starting next to the hotel and mornings there is very beautiful to watch it.

The breakfast cooked by Habib was wonderful, along with many cold options. Ali was so welcoming and helpful and never stopped working! Ciner Hotel has a large lounge, outdoor seating and fabulous pool with sun lounges. It was relaxing and an easy walk to town centre which I appreciated - thanks everyone!

I largely chose this property because of the ample, accessible parking. I rented a car tour Cappadocia; and I had no desire staying in any of the town centres and attempt to park on a 60 degree hill. However, upon my arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Ciner Hotel was an adorable gem. There’s a lovely pool and an excellent morning breakfast buffet. I also loved the size of my room. Most importantly, it was quiet, something I truly value when I travel.

United KingdomOnly 2 sockets in the rooms which was a bit limiting. However, internet was fine contrary to the other clowns who have left bad reviews about this. The rooms were also very clean, shower was excellent although it didn't always stay on the holder, but at the price of the hotel that's not really a big issue.
Good location right on the edge of Goreme, very friendly and helpful staff, happy to accommodate an extra night stay upon arrival and helpfully answered questions without ever aggressively trying to sell various tour packages.

United StatesThe bathroom could use a little maintenance (e.g., the towel rack was hanging off the wall, the toilet seat cover was completely detached, and there was no soap dispenser in the shower).
Good location. A short walk from town. Nice clean pool. They quickly answered my questions before I arrived regarding directions via bus. They gave us a family room when I asked for separate beds. The nightly rate was low.

The hotel was at the edge of town, which was good as it was reasonably quiet and it was near where all the balloons took off, so you got excellent views if you woke early, especially if you went outside. There was a lovely swimming pool, although it got very crowded and a bit rowdy at the end of the day when all the tours finished. The staff were lovely.

United KingdomThe towels were always dirty, even if they were changed every day. Maybe they should change the degrees of washing, or the towels themselves if they're stained for good, but it was really unacceptable and disgusting. Also, the rooms look very different to what we have seen on booking, or at least the ones we have received. To be honest, I am sure we could've got a better hotel for the same price or for a €20 difference.
The breakfast did not have plenty of options, but it was constantly full. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel is not central, but we preferred to walk a bit around in order to reach it. That is also how we found the tourism agency that booked us the balloon, the green tour and the quads.
