The room smelled of cigarettes. There is no AC in the room, only a ceiling fan. With the window open, the temperature in the room is fine. The problem is that the noise in the street is really loud (people yelling and talking in the night, cars honking) during the night.

Nice room, spacious and clean. The staff was nice. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. It is 40 minutes away walking from the old town but there is a tram station really nearby the hotel (3 minutes walking).

The breakfast is a FAILURE... During our entire trip to Turkiye this is the only hotel that serves the breakfast in plates not in the buffet. We have to wait for the waitress to come then tell her to bring what we want.. and so on.. Wasn't expecting this.

The hotel is fairly located. The view from the room was great. The room was tidy, clean and comfy beds. But the breakfast... a FAILURE! We checked-in at almost midnight, just asked with smile at the reception if we could have any discount as we arrive late. But the guy at the Midnight replied NO!!! fine..

The breakfast was table serve on request and one plate was with the limited pieces of cheese, sausages and bread of pieces which was not much for one person. You cannot ask for more. No fruits or veggie in the breakfast. Those who are looking this hotel than make sure keep your own food with you or go out to spend extra for the breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for long stay except one night for short stay. The staff discouraged to speak English and make fun if you sound bit different in English.

Its a new built property in a domestic residential area and room size were very good, we were eight family members and received 4 rooms which were fitted with one double bed and one single bed, enough for two people, enough space, bathroom clean and new. As per staff advised all the hotel rooms were without air-conditioned due the temperature of the city which stay between 12-28c during the summary time.

The room was smaller and it was in the old wing, where the smoking is permitted(and the cigars smell was present). Staff spoke little english, but they were nice and tried their best.

Third year in a row, one night stopover. It is a decent place, this year was better than last year. The breakfast was pretty much the same, two slices of tomato, two slices of cucumber, bread, honey, jelly, butter, some cocoa cream, two slices of different type of cheese, boiled eggs and tea. All the items on the breakfast were fresh. The room was clean(this is the most important thing for me, if the place is clean, I can accept shortcomings here and there). The beds were comfortable. For the paid price, I'm happy with the conditions

Nothing to complain.

The room we got was in brand new hotel wing. Bathroom is nice with excellent shower cabin. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even the breakfast was much better than I expected. Another plus is good parking place just next to hotel building.

Group of kids without control and screaming all the night , have to warning him 3 times , staff didn't get any step to inform him and warning him all the time , until 2 clock in the morning , when just that kids maybe finally go to beds........

The quoted price was charged to my credit card at the end of the stay. However, when I got home, I realized they also charged twice (2x$1.59=$3.18) on top of the quoted price as two additional credit card payments. Small amounts but annoying since I did not authorize these payments to this hotel.

Convenient location. Decent hotel. Friendly service. But due to overcharging the credit card, I will not use this hotel again.

The hotel staff was very helpful. they also helped me to find the local public transport. Remember if you are traveling to Eskisehir you will not get Public transport information on Google Map so Hotel staff helped me also with this.
