The position of the hotel in relation to the private beach it uses. The description says that the beach is only 650 meters away, but this refers to the location of the hotel's private beaches that are next to the beach. The exact location of the private beach of this hotel is about 5 km. It is good that there is a free transfer, but lunch is missed, because the return from the beach is only at 16:30 (lunch is from 12:30-14:00). Room cleaning is bad. Bed linen is not changed, towels are not changed. I put a towel on the floor so the staff would know to change it, and it was obviously dirty, and they put that same towel back on my bed.

The food option was not great. My kids ordered food from outside. If you enjoy your food, then do not go there all-inclusive. There was no AC in the restaurant. The hotel room and facilities were ok for the price, could be better. The pool with the slide is not open all day, only open certain hours. I thought the price we paid was pricy. If I were to go back, I would not go back to this hotel again.

Rooms cleaning was ok. But outside in the area around stairs and other parts no one cleaned for days only if something big things hapened. Staff is layzy and and always they work with phones in one hand and other hand do something else. They are not respecting gest opinion if they are so lazy how could be on eyes of the publik because they are to work there not going to hide somwhere to look in they phones during working hours. I wonder how Bos of the hotel didnt bother to look after this lazy idiots staff just maybe are not payed enogh but even if you do woluntary work you have to work. Food was very bad every day same thing to eat . We eat bread moslly with spread of jam.

Rooms were ok and once we changed the room because of the noise from the street. The price is i that what you pay you get so it was cheap .

towels every 3rd day which is a joke. It was a last minute holiday plan but hotel were disappointing tableware for dinner/ restaurant was not clean the buffet queuing system did not like same variety of food and dessert

Please don’t waste your money booking this shambles of a so called hotel. We have had the absolute worst 10 days of our life, the food is absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t serve it to a dog, the staff are the most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met. Riddled with insects the whole hotel. Full of stray cats that urinate over everything they even go in the food hall at night through the open windows. Numerous safety hazards example.. constantly wet floors never mopped up it is sooo slippery we have witnessed numerous people slipping and hurting themselves. A friend of ours father actually slipped in the soaking wet toilets and broke his hip in three places and had to have metal put in his hips he is still in hospital right now over here, no apology whatsoever off any staff, nails sticking out of the beds, broken swings in the children’s play area with sharp plastic sticking out. A sandpit in the same area full of cat feces. The list is endless I could keep on going….

I like everythink there. The hotel exceed my expectations.

I like the location, beach. The hotel has 2 breakfasts, lunch, snak time, dinner and bar all included. During 6 days I eat there: chicken, fish, shwarma, a many salats, cherry, watermelon, melon and another various foods. The people there are opened and warm. How I found myself in the fairy tale Scheherazade with incredibly kind and sincere people, ponies, camels.
