Great staff at the reception, spacious room

The hotel itself was great rooms spacious with a living room. Staff were amazing breakfast was really good and they brought it to your room. Overall spot on

The staff were lovely and the location is nice and quiet. Staff has helped us to order some food to our studio, which would have been difficult otherwise due to the language barrier. Plenty of conveniences, breakfast served is a good portion size and well balanced. A lot of shops and cafés down the hill.

The location is a bit tricky - at the top of a steep hill, and would be very difficult to get to with luggage by foot if you're taking public transport - taxi is a must. Housekeeping is not 100% - returning to the studio after a busy day it was obvious that the floors were in need of a clean as there was some spilled coffee. No smart TV and there has been an issue with the internet during our stay, which otherwise worked well.

The stuff are great and very helpfull, location is in quite neighborhod close to bus and metro station. They makes beds and change towels every day

Room could be little more cleaner

They have very decent breakfast. Included with eggs. Cheese. Olive bread, coffee and tea . 10 min walking distance to Beshitash, shopping and Caffès. Access to Asian site.

The location is perfect near the main attraction pleases , it is clean and quiet, and the staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Murad and his other colleague (I forgot his name), as well as the lady who serves the breakfast ,, in general it was good experience staying in this served hotel,, by the way it is my 2nd stays in this hotel

A good size apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, lounge area and seating. The staff are friendly and helpful, with room service each day. The breakfast is brought to the room and is healthy, nutritious and well presented. Great service.

It was comfortable place, but you have to climb uphill. Narrow streets loaded with parked cars, not very convenient to walk because very narrow pedestrian zone. If you use Metro - use exit 3, it will be closer to walk. Metro is very close. There are so many shops nearby, and a super wonderful fruits and vegetables store. The hotel itself is very nice. Especially the personal - they helped in all aspects. Wonderful breakfast is brought to the room every morning which is very convenient. Hot water is available all the time. Wi Fi is ok for messaging but you will not be able to have a Zoom meeting for example. The facilities in the room are a little bit outdated and especially kitchen unit needs upgrade, as well as the bathroom door. There were no kitchen utensils, pans and frying pan. But we asked and the personal gave us everything we needed. There is a huge wardrobe in the room which was very comfortable. But do little amount of hangers. We spent 10 days and we felt very comfortable in this apartment. It has everything you need. Clean, warm, friendly people, nice views, metro is close, as well as bus station, shops and restaurants are near, pharmacies and hospitals and very close to the park and Barbaros square.

I would recommend the owners to renew the kitchen unit and place all the necessary kitchen utensils in the cupboards - there are so many of them but they are empty. Also add a kitchen towel - we had to buy one. Also renew the bathroom door - it does not close properly. And make good speed for Wi Fi - we are living in 21st century and many people travel and work online. So, Wi Fi Speed must be at least 100 mbs and it should NOT be paid additionally. And internet should not disappear in the middle of the online conversation. Good WI FI must be a part of the service and included. At present it’s not your plus point. Hope it will improve in future Add more hangers in the wardrobe. They don’t cost much 😃

The room is well-kept and clean. Good breakfasts. Polite staff.

No balcony

The location is the best. Close to public transport, on a quiet street, many places can be reached on foot. The room is spacious. Everything is clean and tidy. Breakfast is served in the room.

There is no soundproofing between the rooms. You will hear every sound from the other room. The building is located at a decent distance from the boulevard and mosques, the noise from the outside is on acceptable levels.

Really kind and friendly staff with good service.

For long-stay guests, the breakfast options could be more varied.

I travelled to Istanbul alone for surgery on my legs and chose to stay here as it was a great location, had an elevator and breakfast. The best part is the staff - they showed me the most care and kindness after my operation. They would check on me to see if I was okay and go out of their way to get me anything I needed. I cannot recommend Apartman Istanbul enough!
