The only thing I disliked was the shower. There wasn’t a door in the shower, so after taking a shower the water was on the bathroom floor. And it would not be a problem if the floor would be made the way that this water runs away fast, or some screen wiper would be in the bathroom for removing the water. So on the next day the floor stool was very wet and it was uncomfortable walking there and I would say dangerous, because it was very slippery. Putting screen wipers in the bathroom will help avoiding possible problems with the guests.

I liked that the hotel stuff contacted me beforehand to ask my check-in and checkout times. When I arrived, the transfer drives helped me with my luggage. Transfer for the next day was arranged during the check-in. The restaurant is open till 0:00 and opens at 05:00. Very good for travellers

Room is way too small, we can only open one suitcase and then no room to walk. Not sound proof, can hear people talking all night. Check other platforms before booking as prices vary a lot.

The breakfast isn’t worth the money you pay for it at all. Water or coffee were not included and the coffee was undrinkable. There were also cats trying to steal the food and one even scratched me

The hotel is located close to the airport, which we needed to spend a night in Istanbul between two flights. The personnel were welcoming and they were happy to recommend a restaurant for dinner which we loved

Main issue we had with the hotel is the airport transfer they organise doesn’t include flight tracking so they ask you to estimate the time it’ll take to collect bags etc & advise you they won’t be able to wait. The following morning our transfer back to the airport was overbooked so there was a lot of waiting round and back & forth to get to the airport. While waiting, I went to book an uber as we were in rush & Ubers in the area so seem plentiful

The location is a bit weird, hard to get in public transport, you have to walk 1km from the metro The airport shuttle is not available at any time, i was lucky it was for my flight, but if my flight was 1h earlier i would have had to use another way Staff is not really fluent in english

My only 2 complaints are bad coffee (it was sour and not delicious, I guess it was instant coffee) and poor breakfast. If you are in hurry, it will do. However, if you have time, it's better to spend 550 liras somewhere else. Also, the shower floor is specific, the water does not go away quickly, so you will have to walk on wet floor until it dries. But overall it's a clean hotel.

Put me in 5th floor. Stairs are dangerous. Change quickly otherwise end in court one day. Breakfast, is not open to choose. And it’s late when serve.

Great stay! The hotel was incredibly convenient- just a short distance from the airport, which made travel stress-free. The staff were friendly, helpful and made check-in smooth and easy. I really appreciated the option to have food and drinks delivered to the room, and both the bedroom and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Perfect for a comfortable stopover.

The staff most of them not nice nor professional, they insisted on having CVV number for the card to get the money, they also mistaken between my day of arrival and the day before, the way they talked to us was very rude, their boss was nice but he doesn't speak English so that doesn't count The rooms have no privacy I could hear everything from the room next to me which was annoying

In the hotel features on Booking it says it has a shuttle bus to airport, that doesn't exist, and they would tell you we can get it bu for 10Euros which is another way of saying we don't have it, because it would cost 3 euros to get a taxi so the obvious option is to take a taxi I booked this although there was cheaper option as it has shuttle, so total costs to me would be cheaper or similar, not finding the shuttle make me felt scammed a bit other than this all good

It was relatively easy to get to the hotel by metro 4; just one stop after SAW airport and then 15 minutes walk. The neighborhood is good and it feels safe. The taxi service to the airport at early morning was practical. Reception is 24hours.
