RomaniaMaybe a small inconvenience is the fact that in the morning it will be better to have breakfast, but, the lobby is small and can't provide.Also for an european wich is weak up at 8..9 o clock is an issue to fiind something open. India1) The hotel does not has lift so you need to carry your luggage up the stairs. The host was kind enough to help in bringing the luggage upto our rooms.
A nice building tucked away in serene Cesme. Property is good and clean and the shore was around 100 metres walk. You can walk all the way to Cesme Castle. The host was quite friendly and supportive.

GreeceCons. We had to leave early (8 am) and we missed breakfast which apparently was served after 9. I am sure they did that for a reason.(I'm guessing tourists usually do not wake up so early).
Pros. Renovated hotel located by the quite busy part of town. (Within ridiculously easy walkable distance yet still quiet). Really helpful and friendly staff. The room was clean and quite comfortable. If you have a car you're in trouble. Finding a spot is a pain... We had to leave ours a 'block' away (we were lucky) and climb down some stairs. (It's got nothing to do with the hotel itself. It's both nature's and also the manmade landscape of that part of the town). Overall I was genuinely happily surprised by Eva Hotel. Next time in Cesme, it is Eva.

I believe they're a startup and will continuously improve their service. Maybe because we couldn't communicate properly in English...

GermanyThe cleaning process could be better - every time you have to explicitly say that you want your room to be cleaned. Unfortunately, during the first night we encountered a couple of cockroaches roaming in our room, which was not that nice. The staff nicely offered us another room and a complementary breakfast and said they would apply pesticides.
The staff were helpful and kind. The location is close to the centre and the Tekke beach (for nicer ones you gotta take a dolmus/taxi/car). The price was very affordable.
