Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesBreakfast staff wasn't particularly friendly. You have to drive down the bridge and do a u-turn to access, or contrive to drive through back streets to get to the property.
Decent hotel in convenient spot (for a vehicle: you can't really walk anywhere). Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast was basic but adequate - and they make you a decent nespresso at the bar. Parking lot.

Kazakhstan- asked extra money for food delivery I didn't use - tried to charge me for 8 clothes being ironed instead of those 6 I gave them
- the price is fine - receptionists help with taxis and transfer - everyday cleaning/water given - close to the center/cafes/Migros - i had bath in my room in addition to shower - i didn't expect that and was very pleased

United KingdomUpon arrival after midnight, we were greeted outside the hotel by an out rushing ill-mannered manager telling us the hotel is fully booked ( I booked it 4 months in advance ) and we will be sent to another location which with 3 kids and a long flight is the last thing I wanted to hear…we were sent to an apartment block above a cafe….

NetherlandsThe hotel is located on the exit roads to Alanya (1:40 min) and Antalya (40 min), the center of Belek is within walking distance (5 min) with several supermarkets and restaurants. I had a pleasant stay here for three days. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was good and tasty!
