Everything was lovely!

Clean and comfortable hotel with fairy chimneys! We stayed on a first floor room that was a square room with air conditioning. The AC wasn’t very strong, but luckily it wasn’t too hot when we were there. The breakfast spread was lovely!

The breakfast is amazing. The room is clean and well furnished. It is close to the main attractions of Kappadocia and you can park easily. Staff super nice.

The staff were super accomodating, our plans changed multiple times due to flight changes, the staff were super helpful in organising transfers. We originally booked 3 nights but only ended up staying 1 however, were still able to do an early check in on the first day and store our luggage on the last time. We really appreciated how helpful the staff were. The breakfast was also great!

The service at this small cave hotel was exceptional. Hatice and Eda were amazing, they surprised me with a birthday cake and gift since it was my bday weekend. The attention to details is throughout the staff. We changed our tour last minute and they quickly made the changes for us. They organized the transportation to/from the airport smoothly, and when we departed in the early morning they made us a breakfast to go. I will definitely stay there again!! We loved it! Perfect location to watch the balloons too.

The air-conditioning was not in good condition.

We liked the location so much! It was one of the pickup areas for tours and even airport shuttles. The hotel is located in the center of the town. Easy to walk to many restaurants and some attractions. We Loved breakfast so much! Nothing fancy, but like a mommy's food. So fresh and delicious.😋 A special thanks to the kitchen staff. We highly recommend this place, especially for the first visitors to Cappadocia like us.

The room was nice and spacious. Daily housekeeping with a great spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I hurt myself on one of my excursions they went above and beyond to make sure I got the help I needed. The property was close to everything I needed so I was able to find all the restaurants I wanted to visit by taking a short walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel

A bit noisy as it´s on the main street. It needs a better shower glass (the bathroom gets all wet).

The location is convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and there was parking available for our rental car.

The hotel room matches the photos shown online. The location is convenient, within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall, I rate this place an 8/10, but there are two minor drawbacks: If you have 4+ people, the room size might feel a bit limited. Our room (202) had no window, which meant poor air circulation. Also, the hotel uses centralized AC/heat, so you can’t adjust the temperature in your room. (Funny enough, all other rooms seem to have windows except ours! 😅) Other than that, everything was great—the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and there was parking available for our rental car. The place was clean and very convenient. Would recommend!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful cave hotel. The staff were friendly and helped with early check-in, tour bookings, and luggage storage after checkout. The Turkish breakfast was great, and the terrace views of the balloons at sunrise were unforgettable. Perfect location, just a short walk to the center. Highly recommend!

Everything! The place is amazing, starting by the position which is nearby all the main shops and facilities. The staff is super nice and professional, they helped us every time we needed it. The structure is new and well maintained, very clean and comfortable. Is also very beautiful and we spent there a lot of time cause it feels like home! Our room had a sitting room with a super comfortable couch and armchairs, huge tv and fridge. The shower was really big and they provide a lot of amenities (shower cap etc.). We also had a nice terrace outside where we could sit and enjoy our time there. The breakfast was very well furnished and very good.

We were very satisfied. Location is outstanding. Rooms are clean and well equipped . Breakfast is well prepared. They have many varieties of Turkish fresh vegetables. The hotel was super clean,the room spacious and very comfortable,bathroom was big and breakfast super delicious! Location was also top,with easy parking and quick access to and outside Goreme. Loved it and can only recommend it!
