Beautiful hotel with good breakfast, and cute cats and birds.

The included dinner is a scam as it turns out that only 3 main courses (1/person/dinner) and a soft drink are included. We were extremely disappointed. You can imagine how boring it gets after 8 days of eating the same thing in repeat. Although the manager was saying a few things were included in starters and such, the waiter constantly said to us that it wasn't. Do NOT at any cost book with dinner included. Very little English available. Most of the time, the staff available only speaks Turkish. The bedrooms are extremely small, not enough space to store your luggage. More toilet paper should be provided for longer stays, we booked for 8 nights and got 2 rolls upon arrival. So many things to be improved and upgraded.

The hotel is in a good location, but if you have more luggage, be prepared to carry it from a distance as cars are not allowed in this area.

This is my second time returning. We had an amazing time! The room was clean and all the facilities were as promised. I want to thank the staff for being welcoming and helpful with all my questions especially Oğuzhan. I can’t wait to return next year!

Location, nice pool, really good breakfast. Bathroom showers were good. A/C worked well.

Parrots in the cages. Cages looked too small and were dirty. Room was cleaned poorly. Floors were dirty, bathroom not the cleanest.

Very disappointing experience. We left without staying a single night. The room was a lot smaller than the pictures on booking.com for the type of room we booked. The room was smelly. The walls, floors and sheets were dirty. The fridge was disgusting. Safety hazard due to broken hand rail.

The place is amazing, and the location is magnificent, the staff is friendly and the hotel is amazingly clean. The things you get for staying in that hotel are awesome, and it's definitely a great value highly recommended. The breakfast was really nice and the staff were really kind. The pool is a bit small, but it gets the job done and its pretty clean.

Probably the only thing was the hotel doesn't have an elevator for old people would be a problem, but for me, it wasn't as the entire hotel was like 3 or 4 floors and the stairs were easy to get to. But again, it's not a big deal the hotel is amazing.

Everything! We rated the staff, the facilities, breakfast, room, pool, all 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and really helped us out in any they could!

There is a long list. 1. The room was very very small as compared to what shown in the picture. I told this to the manager and his response was terrible. He kept saying me that he will give me another room but he never did that. It was a scam for me. 2. When I entered the room, the toilet pod wasn't clean. I informed this to the reception but no-one came to clean till I checked out. 3. The shower wasn't working. No action taken by the staff to fix it. 4. The bathroom was so small that one couldn't stand and brush their teeth because the toilet pod was next to it. I'm not sure how did they even built that. I have not paid money to use that inconvenient bathroom. 5. When I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't. Why? - Because a day later I got to know that the staff who checked me is entered wrong passport details of mine. 6. On the top of everything, there was no apologies from the staffs. I do not understand Turkish language but at a point I sensed that they were making fun of my complaint. Mr Omar who manage the reception was very rude and unhelpful. When I complaint about the room, this is what he said - "See I also go for holidays and I don't care about how big the room is" - can you believe? - Instead of solving my problem he was telling me what to do. 7. I checked the price of a deluxe room which was priced at £136 on Trip.com and I paid £172 for the standard room. I paid a lot and got very little. I want the refund as I suffered for even the basic need like shower, toilets, and basic daily kits like water bottle. Plus I felt humiliated when the manager conned me. He kept saying he will change my room but he didn't and he made fun of my request. Being in the job may be he don't care these things but being a tourist, it ruined my experience and mood.

The pool was great, the whole setting was really nice, the bathroom was really nice

The bathroom door was squashed up tight against the bed in a slightly comical way. They seemed like they might have been short staffed when we visited which slowed some things down
