Parrots in the cages. Cages looked too small and were dirty. Room was cleaned poorly. Floors were dirty, bathroom not the cleanest.

Location, nice pool, really good breakfast. Bathroom showers were good. A/C worked well.

The bathroom door was squashed up tight against the bed in a slightly comical way. They seemed like they might have been short staffed when we visited which slowed some things down

Stairways were not clean and smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. My friend's TV did not work despite her asking for it to be sorted on the first day. This was supposed to be a deluxe room. It was situated at the top of 3 flights of poorly lit stairs. This was not made clear in the advertising and my friend struggled to climb them. We asked for another room for her but were told this was not possible. On arrival, we were told that the pool would be filled on the Monday. We left on the Saturday and still it was not filled.

Breakfast was really good and so is the location. Breakfast staff nice and friendly.

The room was very tiny and we hardly managed to fit in with our small pieces of luggage. Bed was small for two people and blankets were not very nice. Rooms were also quite noisy.

Would be nice to have water or juice available at breakfast. Staff were not the friendliest. It was the only hotel that I repeatedly had issues connecting my iPhone to wifi and they were not very helpful in trying to solve it. Also, overcharged me for an evening and refused to rectify the issue. However, Booking is taking care of it.

Hotel is in a great location. Large rooms and the hotel itself is nice. Decent value for money.

Rooms were comfortable, we booked two rooms. However it was hard to get AC working on a normal flow, so it kept turning off, so room gets super cold and wake up hot with the AC not flowing. Water pressure was great, but temperature was hot and cold up and down. The breakfast was great, but although we are big animal lovers, was tricky to eat breakfast by the pool, as small kittens were literally hoping on the table for food :) Not a huge deal for us, but I think some people may not like that.

Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff and great communication through messages before checking in. We were able to park right by the door as well. The location is excellent by old town. Breakfast buffet was good as well! Very gorgeous center area, with clean and refreshing pool and bar.

The staff is short in numbers; most of them speak very basic english and, sometimes, that leads to unpleasent miscommunications. I asked the manager to help me booking an hammam, because the hammam staff spoke only turkish: she told me that she would not help me, since the hotel has its own hammam (they did not tell me about it before) and she had no interest in giving clients to other businesses..... same happened when i asked some advice for restaurants: "we have our restaurant...." Breakfast lacks of variety. Same fruits (only oranges and watermelon) everyday, no cakes, no yogurt (in turkey....), no juices. They dont regularly clean the rooms, unless you ask them to (which is good, if only they could explain this to you at the check in).

The garden is a peaceful oasis: nice trees create a much needed shadow, small but lovely pool, adorable kittens and talking parrot. The buildings are nice and well maintained. Triple Room was smaller than what i expected but big enough for our short stay, bathroom is good with a big shower box. Location is superb, right in the centre, not as noisy as someone wtote before. Very quick laundry service. The handyman (i dont remember his name) is very polite and always ready to help

Loved the location - it was very easy to get around and explore. Our room was lovely and clean although being in the attic was a bit tricky at times - bumped our heads a few times. The staff were lovely, breakfast was sufficient, the swimming pool was lovely.

The location have positive and negative sides, because of the loud music till late hours every night , it was difficult to sleep or to rest till midnight or after midnight!, and the internet connection to the iPhone was difficult it kept disconnecting!

It was easy to upgrade the room to a larger room, it was spacious enough for 2, it was clean, the location of the hotel was close to everything in the center. The breakfast area around the swimming pool really nice.

I didn't like that the staff don't speak english, and they don't smile at you, most of them were very serious and unwelcoming. You will have to use google translate to talk to them. The internet took a long time to connect. The pool water didn't look very clean. The rooms were very small and hard to walk or put something in the room. Be careful of cockroach there, we found one in the bathroom.

I liked the location of the hotel, close to everything The beds were comfortable The breakfast was good The man who cleans the room was the best and he is very neat unlike the lady. I liked the yard and the sitting area around the pool.

We were given a friendly welcome and an upgrade. The owner was very helpful. It was great to have a parking place in the old city. The location was excellent.

We stayed in the most expensive room which has a rooftop terrace with jacuzzi on it which liked fab in the pictures. It was a shame the whirlpool bath could of done with a good clean and the idea of only having one sun lounger on the terrace of a double room (see pictures) somewhat baffling

fantastic location on a quiet street within Kelaci, old town. Steps to all the action, but was a nice little retreat to come back to evening. Our suite had a balcony which was lovely to sit at in private.

Hotel is lovely, small rooms but beautiful, pool is lovely, very clean Hotel and staff very helpful, nice breakfast and plenty of choice, tea and coffee facilities in the room and very close to all local amenities
