Air conditioner is a little bit noisy.

Clean apartment and similar to the picture. The stuff/The room service are very nice, honest and comprehensive. The room is equipped with An Air conditioner as well.

Better map instructions, since our internet providers seriously let us down.

bathroom mirror looked just like it was only a mirror. Turns out that I found out on the last day that it had extra toilet paper soap and the toiletries in there. I wish I had been told where to find those things. Host did not communicate very well at all in English. Luckily he had a friend there from visiting and he was very helpful to me in communicating.

smelly bathroom from the sewer because we tried cleaning up with strong cleaning supplies and nothing helped, it was just a short term solution and went right back to smelling bad. staff did something upon request but it made no difference. It is not too far from tourist attractions like 10-20 minutes walking but it is steep uphill to get to the tram station or sultan Ahmet area.

To get to the main attractions of the sand there is a hill so I do not recommend it for the elderly or a family with small children and strollers, the coffee maker did not work and the stove is very old, one hot plate does not work and the second is very slow. Complaint about the towels, they smelled clean, but they had stains, which bothered me.The refrigerator is a little noisy

The host waited for us at night when we arrived, the apartment is 10-15 min away from AyaSofya, Sultanahmet, near the tram station. The apartment has cutlery, the room is spacious and bright. We felt like at home, a very quiet place to rest. There is also a washing machine in the room, but we didn't use it.The wifi worked great, they cleaned the room and changed the bed linen. In the evening it was warm and pleasant to sleep. The host is kind ❤️

We waited for nearly three hours, had no secure space for our luggage and the owner did not reply. Room was not as clean as we hoped. We got an airport transfer organized by the owner. When we were at the Hotel at 8 am there was nobody there. We wanted to store our luggage, which is possible according to Booking. I tried to contact the owner, but he did not answer. We did not want to leave our luggage on the open, so we had to wait for two and a half hours. When the cleaning lady arrived she couldn't speek English and told us via translator that there is no special luggage area and we should just leave it in the hallway. The owner did not reply until the afternoon. We felt really neglected, after he was aware of our arrival, as he even organized the transfer.

The room with the terrace is on the 5th floor and there’s no elevator, so it might be hard to get there for elderly people and people with knee problems. However, as far as I know, many buildings don’t have an elevator in Istanbul, so I think it’s just normal.

Very close to Blue Mosque (around 10 minutes walk), many restaurants around, not noisy. We were offered the cleaning service every day. The owner of the Hotel - Ercan is very nice and always was happy to help.

Ants were running all over by 100s The bathroom stinks AC was leaking water Beds were very uncomfortable Even though the house keeper came to clean, still that did not work at all. No elevator
