I would appreciate better variety for breakfast which is served at the roof with the view.

We chose this hotel because of the perfect location close to the Sunrise sightseeing hill for the balloons. We enjoyed it a lot. The staff was very nice and the checked us in even in the night. We consulted the trip with them and they changed us also the money.

The mattress on the big bed was making a terrible noise, exactly like the bathroom door.

It is a bit confusing having the toilet placed in the shower (it cannot be seen in photos of the accommodation).

Property has amazing location, at the dowtown of Goreme, therefore all restaurants, shops and pubs are nearby, and most important the panorama view for the balloons in the morning!

The weather was not stable. We were lucky to be able to fly on the first day because there were no flights on the subsequent days. The next available flight was not until the early morning of the fourth day. Unfortunately, many people who visited for just one or two days missed the opportunity to see the hot air balloons.

I stayed at this hotel with my wife at the end of April, and we booked a Standard Double Room. My expectations were fully met. The room was simple, but it included a teapot, a fridge, wifi and a good mattress, which was enough since we spent most of our time outdoors. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Sasha. She helped us book a hot air balloon ride before we arrived to Turkey and after organized transfer to an airport.

the breakfast is big but too repetitive (5 days in a row the same thing) and there is a bit of a strange smell in some of the rooms

the location is great, the terrace is great and provides a good view while having breakfast, the wifi is stable and can be used even for work and the staff was super friendly and kind

The staff were extremely helpful and gave lots of tips/pointers, everything was very well organised The room was spacious and clean with everything you need for a short/medium stay The bed and pillows were really comfortable Breakfast was prepared with fresh ingredients and with good variety (and an amazing view if you go early when the balloons are flying over) The location is very central and within walking distance to all the attractions

The reception gives a very bad impression of the property which changes when you pass that point, the cleanliness of the bathroom is questionable.

Excellent hubicaion, Alexandra very kind and always willing to help and even in my case always looking out for me. I appreciate it very much. Breakfast ok. The lady who serves it is very friendly. I felt comfortable and safe. The comfortable beds, good air conditioning. In general and for the price it is very good.

The weather was very hot and our room was sun side so the air conditioning wasn’t working when we were doing check in they said that they are going to fix that day in our 3 days of living there no one came to fix it. They gave us ventilator but it didn’t helped so much.

It was good, especially Alexandra open minded person, she was explaining everything good and also the restaurants in cappadocia are expensive and we ask through Alexandra if we could eat our food in terrazza. Which was amazing night view of cappadocia.

Everything was great

The owner was very polite and nice. He organised our trip with an affordable price which was exceptional . Our daughter built a great relationship with the owner and his lovely dog Teena, we also loved the splendid view of the hot air balloon they were so close to us ❤️

1. Very old and dirty place/rooms. 2. They don’t have 24/7 reception and when we arrived there was a non speking english woman that didn’t help much. 3. Very poor quality breakfast and not much to choose from. 4. The owner doesn’t care about his customers. He said that we should have booked a better place than his. Over all very insanitary place.

The hotel owner is really nice. The breakfast felt fresh, the tours they booked were really good and value for money. It was nice to see everyone smiling. The AC helped in keeping the room ventilation

Nobody to welcome us! Rooms were VERY dusty! We arrived at 2am in the morning, and they REFUSED TO OFFER US EVEN A BALCONY TO SLEEP. SPENT THE NIGHT SLEEPING IN A NEARBY MOSQUE WITH OTHER STRANDED STRANGERS UNTIL DAWN. ALL ROUND PATHETIC SERVICE! Mattresses on the beds made so much noise. We could even hear mattress noises from the room next door 🤮
