Nothing - everything was great! The only minor thing was that there wasn’t really anywhere to hang clothes in the room but I know the hotel does provide an iron on request which is helpful.

The property was brand new and the location was incredible. Just two minutes walk from the beach and only 10 minutes walk from centre and the marina. The staff were super helpful and friendly and the hotel restaurant and bar were great and reasonable prices. You were also spoilt for choice with the breakfast buffet. Would definitely return.

It is a brand new hotel and just opened in August, therefore there were some little things that still needed to be worked on. If you are traveling by your own car, just be advised that the property does not have its own parking and you will need to find a parking on the street, which can be hard to find as the hotel is in busy central attraction area,

Beach was less than 2 minutes Walk and the hotel had a deal with OCCO plague which they provided Lounge chairs and umbrella for free for the hotel guests. Hotel location was excellent and close to Tele cabin that took you up to the Alanya Castel with stunning views of the town. It was also walking distance to Damlataş cave. The hotel roof top restaurant on the 4th floor had the best foods. we ate there 3 nights in a row there. The Baklava was unique and to die for. We met the owner's son (Oguzhan) on the first day of our arrival and he was very well mannered and helpful. He made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. The front desk receptionist, Mehmet, was very attentive.

The rooftop bar is a great feature—it's a nice touch to relax with a drink while listening to the DJ's music. However, the bass and certain tunes can be heard in the rooms in the first building, which might be a downside for light sleepers. Additionally, the elevator plays different audios when operating, which are also audible from the rooms. Still, nothing that a pair of earplugs couldn’t block out. The hotel appears to be partially under renovation or construction. There are still a few areas that need finishing and some missing things in the rooms, but the workers were very polite and mostly unobtrusive.

First of all, the whole staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and helpful. The location of the property is fantastic—right next to the beach, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s also an easy and pleasant walk to the harbor area. The bed was cozy, and the bathtub was a great touch. I also appreciated that the air conditioning was much quieter than in many other hotels.

Hotel is after brand new rebuild and after new start. Everything is shiny new and modern. Very polite and helpful staff. Mehmet, Ozy and all of the personel was very helpful and very cool. Boss was very welcoming and tried to do everything for us, even if we had slight problem with anything. Amazing location near beach and near all restaurants and shops. Still not noisy in the night. Beautiful view, amazing pool, absolutely silent AC. Just great, great experience.

I wish staff was a bit more welcoming and explained how things work; when I was checking in, I was only handed the keys. And they really need to do something about the noise from the electrical room in the basement of building 3. We couldn't sleep without earplugs.

Fantastic location, 4 mins walk from the beach which is very nice, and not far from the city center so it's nice to walk around and not only stay on the beach. The hotel is rather clean, rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts were quite good.

Wonderful location right next to the very best beach spot in Alanya and the historical district is the main advantage. Very convenient. Very good Wi-Fi, apartment spotless. All devices working. Lovely cleaning ladies. When it turned out that the AC didn;t work, it got replaced within half an hour (!). In short: ridiculously good value for the price. Overall I believe you wouldn't find any/much better.

No warm water in the evenings & nights

The value for the money was amazing. You are staying basically 2min away from the cleopatra beach. Everything what you need is right around you. The room was super clean, you have a stove and a fridge, and a big balcony which was super nice. Also the staff is very friendly, you also have option to directly eat in the hotel, and you have a pool there as well.

Because of the central location it can be a bit noisy at nights, depending on whats going on outside on the street, not the hotels fault thou. The shower is very tiny.

Perfect location and clean and spacious apartments. Love the big balconies and how close it is to both the beach as well as restaurants/shops. A big supermarket, Migros, is a 5 mins walk away. Super comfy beds.
