Good central location in Canakkale with good level of comfort. Ideal base to explore the wider Canakkale area and Troy. On-site parking was a plus.

The hotel is in a very good location, within an easy walk of many eateries and the ferry terminal. Breakfast was only average with not a lot of variety. Communication with breakfast staff very limited, however, reception staff were very helpful.

This is a great hotel in a lovely location by the sea. We had a wonderful stay. The rooms are good sized with a comfortable bed and nice sea views. There is parking onsite which was great. Staff are very helpful. The included breakfast was also really great.

The cleanness wasn’t for a 4 stars hotels standard, more for a 3 stars. They should do some renovations on the walls and ceilings, as well. We booked a suite in order to have a sofa bed on the other room, however we had it in the same room with the bed.

The breakfast was decent! The fact that they changed our towels daily and once at 2 days our bedsheets.

Asked for a double and two singles but were given two doubles but we worked with it.

Great parking and close walk back into the town. Would be great if you were catching a ferry. Breakfast was basic but nice and staff were pleasant enough. Had to try and get WIFI code after a few issues, but got it sorted.

The windows are not antiphonal, even the seaside wasn't too crowdy you could hear noises all the time from outside. I didn't like the pillows...

Location is great, right at the seaside, breakfast is really good, friendly staff, free guarded parking.

The hotel is situated in the port along with a beautiful view over the seafront. Downstairs you have the restaurant where you can enjoy turkish cuisine and of course the morning breakfast. The room was very comfortable and can easily accommodate a family of 3. With a 1 minute walk to the Troyan Horse its definitely a place to return on our future quests in Turkey.

The shower nozzle needs repair. Most of the water comes out before it reaches the nozzle. Also, the bedside lamp nearest the bathroom does not work; the button seems to be missing.

The breakfast was fine. I would have liked a little more variety in fruit.

Air conditioner was working poor. Even if outside were only around 30 Celsius, we struggled with heat at night.

Understandably the food was all local cuisine, which was tasty, but maybe a small alternative western choice would be a nice touch. The food available was plentiful and well presented.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Its location was on the fringe of the main sector of the town which made it quiet yet easily accessible to shops, restaurants, ferries and attractions. We had an upper floor room looking out over the Bosphorus which was very relaxing. Highly recommended.
