Only few inconvenience, water in the taps is coming by "pushes" like problem with the pumps. All sounds from neighboring rooms can be heard clearly. And the quality of the breakfast is very poor for the price.

Room was clean and well managed. The service cleaned the room every day. The location is far from the center but in a quiet place and not far from the transport interchange. The staff is responsive and friendly.

I have booked deluxe room with bathtub, but it broken and we couldn’t use they couldn’t fix it. Basic breakfast with limited choice. The hotel is located on the hill walking to the hotel maybe tiring for some.

The area surrounding the hotel there was no street lights so it wais very dark, so slightly intimidating, I thought I'd go for a beer and struggled to find anything. It didn't help that the security at the hotel spoke no English, so maybe misunderstood

Bad Odour from the drain and sink.Couch and Single comfort chair are dirty with stain.Pillow is not comfortable to sleep, better use good quality. Breakfast should prepare with alternative choice/option for the long stay guest like us.

A very good place which is close to most of the clinic, a quite neighborhood for those who had sleeping problems or adjust your own jet lag. A convenient store nearby within 5 minutes walking distance. Kindly stuff who helps for facility and languages.

While the internet is fine, it's not reliable, it disconnects often and it gets very slow sometimes. It's fine if you're just going around the internet, but you won't like it if you had to do some work for example.

Amazing staff, I had a medical situation during my stay and the staff gave all the help possible. I wish to thank everyone of them. The room is very spacious and clean, very comfortable bed, free water, coffee and tea restocked everyday. Breakfast is delicious, I also ordered dinner to the room and it was very delicious and not expensive at all.

Hotel is not well connected with public transportation and taxi may take a while, but that is common for Istanbul.

The service is perfect and the staff is very pleasant. Hotel has everything you may need for business travel, Breakfast offer is not very wide, but it is just ok.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing and the wifi connection was pretty poor.

The room was very clean. Towels were changed daily and staff replaced used water bottles and coffee every morning.

The room was particularly big. The staff was so kind and prompt to help you at any time. The Hotel is a bit far from the city center but I have to say that the metro station is close enough to the Hotel. For me, the position was okay since I had a Congress in that part of the city.

The hotel was fit for purpose for what we needed and did the job. But, the location was not as good as I expected.

The rooms were a decent size, and more importantly, the staff were easy to deal with. The Egyptian lady was exceptional.
