Some minor deficiencies in room, nothing major. Pool is rather small and crowded in peak season.

Value for the money. Aircon working well in room. Sufficient selection of salads/greens in buffet otherwise rather average.

Restroom dirty with mold on the floor and celling and very much outdated . Lunch beside the salad bar is coming all from frozen food ( chicken nuggets and similar) , pasta is placed right after breakfast and stays there till end of the lunch ( food out the temperature cannot be out for more than 4 hours ) . For lunch only fruits but no dessert. For kids is fine for adults no . A lot of food as i said is coming from frozen paks . Swimming pool is small and full of kids and families so you have to go to the beach . Parking is provided only if you catch the spot too small for the Hotel , you find on the street .

The entire personnel is kind ready to listen and please you . Salad bar is a top fresh and tasty.

Card payment onsite was complicated. Door in the shower was not working properly. Loud music in the bar area dies out as late as at 23. I would appreciate to have an option for late check-out or shower facilities and air conditioned room for travellers with late departure times. I am sure that certain holidaymakers would pay extra to use this option.

Food was good, especially fresh sallads and delicious gözleme made by local lady onsite. Short distance to the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas. Air conditioning worked well - the hotel even made a routine maintenance of it during our 1-week stay. Cleaning was good. The hotel manager and other hotel staff were very helpful and professional.

The water in the pool did not seem clean, so we did not use the pool. The rooms are modestly furnished.

Very nice hotel. Yards and common rooms are decorated with taste, taking into account every detail. The best thing about the hotel was the food. The meals were varied, excellently prepared. Different every day. The staff is very friendly and they all speak english.

The hotel is a bit far from the center of Alanya for our taste. A good place for those who want a quieter holiday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel facilities and outdoor area were clean and comfortable. The beautiful and well-kept garden was especially pleasing. The staff worked hard to ensure that we enjoyed ourselves. The food was good for the price. The hotel is excellent value for money.

Food quality could be improved, but it's quite good for a 3-star Turkish hotel, especially if you take the price in consideration. There were also no beach towels.

I liked the room, it was spacious with a big balcony and sea view. The staff was nice, the beach is 5 min walking from the hotel.

Stylish location. Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was good, well prepared at the hotel's kitchen. It gets relatively quiet after 11 pm, which is a great bonus for those coming for rest and relaxation (like me and my elderly parents). Special thanks to Hanifi for being so caring and friendly.

In all inc. were not all of the drinks included, drinks with alcohol were only beer and wine. Coctails, orange juice, turkish coffee had to be payed extra. During our stay (5 days) was only one activity at the evening (traditional dancing) and nothing more. The workers mostly didn’t spoke English.

Wifi connection not stable and not reaching the 7th floor and in restaurant area many cats and dog rounding around tables which is not pleasant for people whom scared from pets.

Location, cleanliness of rooms, and all facilities. Only a few minutes to the beach where you can find restaurant and showers. Mr Hassan was so active person for helping or for fixing anything.

When we arrived at hotel room, there were traces of sand on our bed sheets and towels were not clean. Cleaning should be done a bit better. My main issue here is that coctails are not included in All-inclusive and that there are no icecream at the pool bar which should also be included in All-inclusive. Icecream at pool bar is a must for every hotel. Lunch, dinner and snack should include icecream and bigger variety of cakes and coockies. Breakfast should include omlet with selection between cheese, meat, or both. Breakfast and dinner should include pancakes, that's a must. I really hope to see all these resolved next year I come.

Staff was very kind and friendly, they made us feel very welcome. Hotel is very nice, very close to the beach and close to few tourist agencies which offer pleanty of activities and exploration. I like the most how detailed the hotel is presented on Booking. Unlike other hotels we looked, this hotel explains everything that is included in price you pay. I'll mention what I didn't like down bellow, but I do plan on coming back to this hotel next year. I do hope to see issues mentioned in what I didn't like resolved by then.
