The TV had almost 100 channels, all unfortunately in Turkish language, not one single channel in any other language for any tourists guests at the hotel!!!

There was a great variety at the breakfast, but the backery items were not fresh, and very hard to eat! Was expected in such hotel, to have them freshly backed !

the dining room is small. that causes problems especially when the hotel is crowded. parking lot is not sufficient. management should develop these facilities. swimming pool in the roof is too small.

the facility is good for families as well as couples. breakfast and dinner is composed of a good variety. there is a children room with 2 attendants in the hotel. you can leave the children there for play, but kids must be older than 4 yo. swimming pools are located in the basement and also in the roof. they come with thermal water. btw, thermal water is also available in the rooms. staff is very friendly. they try to help by all means.

Pillows are very hard. If you are staying on the 1st floor, close to the restaurant, music on the weekend is very loud and disturbing.

Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.

There a bad smell from the bathrooms at certain times of the day which we didn’t usually notice because we were usually out at that time of the day. The outdoor pool was a bit small and could get a bit crowded based on the number of guest staying at the hotel at the time but was still a fun location for the kids.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were amazing! They were very friendly and accommodating, especially Aliriza and the lady at the front desk helped us a lot and answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and enjoy our time there. The check in and checkout was a breeze. They also arranged our transfer to the city Center and back to Istanbul. The staff helped with bringing in and taking out the luggage as well. The hotel’s location was beautiful and convenient with a few cafe and restaurants with delicious food and small shops to buy souvenirs around it which had quite reasonable prices and a few grocery shops for everyday essentials. The food at the hotel was delicious with good number of options. We had our breakfasts there and one dinner and enjoy all of them. The breakfast had some repeating items and some that changed daily and were all delicious and fit to all appetites. The empty plates were quickly taken away by the staff so the dining area was always tidy and the food trays were quickly filled and ready to serve once they were almost emptied. The rooms and facilities were all very clean and nicely decorated. There was daily house keeping who brought us fresh towels, emptied the bins and placed new water containers (cup size) in the room. There was an activity available for every age, so it was a great place to spend time with family and friends. We used the indoor and outdoor pools, the sauna and cold shower the kids used the playground. The pools also offered fresh towels and required everyone to wear swimming caps that could be bought from the hotel itself. They didn’t have any pool noodles or floaties for kid but you can buy them from the shops around the hotel. The hotel also had a nice lobby were the whole family could sit together and have some tea and chat.

The food was not bad, but mediocre. The walls in the hotel rooms had no soundproofing. The first day, upon arrival, I had to move because we could hear the baby of guests in the next room next door crying and screaming. The hotel staff moved us with no problem, up one floor, and that night everything was fine. However, the next day, the hotel put another set of guests next to us, with another screaming baby that woke me up at 3am. The hotel wasn't fully booked, so why the staff would do this, after I already moved once, I am not sure. My suggestion to the management, you have 6 or more floors in your hotel, keep one floor for couples only, a quiet floor perhaps, and your problem is solved. This is a nice place for sure, but no way is this a 5 star property.

The town of Termal is wonderful, location of the hotel is right in the middle of the town and very convenient to everything. The spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool and upstairs game area and terrace are fantastic. The hotel is lovely, the art, the chandeliers, the decor is beautiful. Rooms are large and clean. The whole hotel was very clean and comfortable overall.

On check-out they were not able to proceed with any of my 3 Visa cards from different banks, claiming their terminal is working and problem is with my cards. I had to go to ATM and withdraw a lot of cash (of court cards were accepted by ATM without any problem). This experience really ruined all the good impressions we had from the stay.

Similarly like neighboring hotel it's pretty old and similarly with almost no noise insulation. And a terrible bath with mold was disappointing.

I compare it with a neighboring hotel, which is twice cheaper but located better, almost in the forest. The spa area looks slightly more luxurious and rooms are bigger and cozier.

The bed is terrible very hard and you feel the springs , the soundproofing very bad you will hear the dogs and noise in the street all day , and the hallway music stop playing very late so you hear it and can't sleep and they play it from early morning its was very annoying

The location if you want to use the Turkish bath is close to the 3 famous hamam in the area ( Termal ) , but its far from the city 15-20 minutes driving

the hotel room need some upgrade, the first night the thermal water was not available, the check-in process is lengthy, I wish if they keep the spa up to 10:00 PM

The hotel provide hot water in the room and SPA , the balcony is very nice , the breakfast is good
