If you are tourist you have to pay attention that Cukur street it close which is not recommended to go into if you are tourist Taksim is close but use main streets, don't use navigation

Staff was the best part of the hotel. They were polite amd when it comes to staff I would recommend this hoteč to everyone. Price was good, breakfast usual Turkish breakfast.

The location was not the best, although all the security measures were in for the rooms ( rails fences etc) the location can be a bit disappointing, we did not have any problems during our stay, but can be scary at first sight.

The rooms was nice clean and warm during winter, the staff were very friendly, they helped us with luggage taking it up to our rooms and coming down. they clean the rooms regularly, very close to Sunday market, the breakfast was really superb, they accept all currencies. And there is an exchange shop right outside which is really good.

Even the distance between the hotel and taksim square is less but the cliff that you need to cross before reaching. The distance almost 20 to 30 min to reach. The breakfast was not good

The hotel doesn't have a lift.

It was near VFS and somehow near Taksim Square which makes transportation easier. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, staff were friendly.

Our room was in the fifth floor. Be careful if you are booking your room online check with the hotel in which floor your room is as there is no elevator in this amenity. The room wifi was working only on my husband's mobile. I couldn't fix the problem and was only able to use the lobby wifi. The water pressure was not so good in the morning due to huge consumption of people and I had difficulty taking a shower. I don't blame the hotel but would recommend you not to take shower in the morning. Although we chose the hotel based on its close distance to VFS department, lack of public transportation without going up to very steep streets bothered us a lot. You can't guess this condition from google map but this is a serious problem with many streets in Istanbul. So if you travel with older people and you mainly want to take public transportation consider this drawback. The last thing that was a bit strange was the breakfast. The food was nice but not self service and there was only one kind of bread. The coffee was instant and not so good. I didn't like this system that they would give you a dish with the same stuff everyday.

This hotel is very close to VFS global Canada which was the main reason we chose it. We could see the VFS department from our window. The staff here are friendly, specially the lady who distributes breakfast. She has a beautiful smile all the time. Also the young men in the reception helped us with our baggages which was very nice. We had a TV in our room with Netflix and YouTube membership which was very nice for our child. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We could keep our baby's stroller in the lobby which was very helpful. Overall the area was quite safe and we even could leave our baggage in the lobby last day of our travel after check out. It was really nice that the hotel didn't charge any extra for leaving our luggages.

There were mosquitoes in the room. The hotel should arrange for an elevator. The stairs are difficult!

The hotel's staff is very cooperative. The room is same as shown in pictures. The location is good. Sheraton and Starbucks are very near to it.

The bed was creaking and the sheets weren't changed and smelled a little from day one but my febreze managed to do the trick

perfect place for those who wanna explore istambul. Just 10 min walk from European street and shops, 15min from metro station. Very nice people working there , help you with everything. We were really happy to find that place and see you again!

Hotel is positioned on very good location. You can walk to Taksim square. Public transport is also very close so you can easily in a short time come to most popular historical places in Istanbul. Thing i liked the most about this hotel is staff. All of them are very kind and helpful.
