GermanyThe hotel is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. It truly felt like staying with family. I stayed in a double room with a balcony — the size was perfect, the design modern, and the internet connection very good. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was quiet at night, and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was enjoyable with a nice selection, and I also tried the spa amenities, which were excellent and made my stay even more relaxing. The location is also a big plus: just a 5-minute walk to the marina if you take the lift across the main road. It’s a great spot both for beach days and for exploring the old city. Overall, a very good hotel that I would happily return to.

The facilities are excellent, the air conditioning works perfectly, and the breakfast is truly outstanding – fresh, rich, and suitable for every dietary need. Personally, I value protein, vegetables, and a bit of fruit in the morning, and I always found everything fresh and delicious. The location is also very convenient – right between the city center and the beach. But what really makes this place special is the staff, especially Islah. He genuinely cares and made me feel at home. I had an issue with my return flight (I couldn’t check in online in advance and was really worried about it). Islah kindly called the airline hotline for me, stayed persistent, and didn’t stop until he was absolutely sure that everything with my ticket was resolved. Thanks to him, I could travel back stress-free. On top of that, I had to leave very early in the morning and would miss breakfast – but to my surprise, at 4:30 am, Islah handed me fresh and warm bakery for my trip to the airport. If this isn’t care and hospitality, then I don’t know what is! Highly recommend this hotel – for the facilities, the food, the location, and most of all, the amazing people who work here.

Czech RepublicAll the rooms for improvement are small details, as the hotel was really good! In our room, I think the bathroom ventilation needs to be looked at. There is no window, and when you turn the light on, the ventilation starts, but it’s not very strong, so we needed to keep it on a lot. There were also some distracting lights at night in the room (the smoke detector is flashing every 5 or 10 seconds, the mini-fridge is emitting light around itself). But as I said, these are small details, as the hotel staff is amazing and hotel is very clean and convenient!
Very pleasant and clean hotel, with friendly staff that is always ready to help! The hotel is in the heart of Antalya’s center, conveniently located near bus and tram stops, as well as the old town marina. Breakfast was really good and the room was very well equipped, with slippers, hairdryer, mini-fridge, and more. Free water was included 😌. Would stay here again!
