Lack of entertainment , but plenty to go out and do in and around Marmaris

The food was awful, we paid for all inclusive but would not do that again. We ate out many times due to the poor quality food. Very poor choice of all inclusive drinks too.

It was very conveniently situated. The room was spacious and clean. The pool was very clean.

Reception staff very rude and argumentative. Breakfast not a good selection but rest of meals were good ☺️

Despite the pool being cleaned every night the area around the pool could have been cleaner The food choices were okay but could have done with more variety When at the pool area drinks were given on glasses which resulted in lots of broken glasses

No lift or help upstairs with luggage. Food was very poor and always cold, not replaced when none left. Only one choice for meal. All drinks served in dirty plastic glasses. Warm drinks and no ice available. All areas of hotel accept bedrooms were dirty and never seen them cleaned. Hot water for shower only available when the sun has been out for many hours. On non sunny days it was cold showers. Staff were very unfriendly and rude. No lights on landings and stairs until well after dark even after staff being advised many times. There does not appear to be any health and safety procedure. All in all an absolutely discussing hotel.

The food was okay but there were so many flies it made the dinner experience unpleasant, the restrictions on drinks for an all inclusive wasn’t great but the cost reflected what you were getting

The room on the 4th floor was perfect - clean and great size, the pool was cold but refreshing, Elena on reception was helpful.

Food is bad and we’re not fussy at all. Tried breakfast once and a dinner once but not for us. Ate out all the time. Not catered for English. No lift, but stairs ok for us.

Rooms were modern and spacious. Pool area a good size and pool bar staff friendly. Air conditioning also good. Location is very central walking distance to centre. Beach 5 minute walk. Drinks are good.

I did not like that we see cleaning ladies things always on every floor - locks messy and dirty And Staff never smile and say hello - i never see resepsjon lady smiling. Shabby Doors to the rooms

Just one thing they are still allowing people to book wented sunbed by throuing a towel. That's why if you don't reserve a sunbed early in the morning it would be difficult to get good space and they leaving them for all day doesn't matter if they are spending time near the pool.

Hotel is in the good location around 1 km to marina.All shops are few metres away. Rooms very spacious and clean. Big balcony. Food was delicious i visit 5 stars hotels and this one can compete with them ☺️ Service was very good.

Can be loud with guests coming in at all hours. No lift; internet poor. Only one pillow per bed and 1 thin blanket, itchy blanket in cupboard. Room a little dated but bathroom good. Pool on small side but apt for a dip. Food not nice (I am far from fussy) 3 main dishes with chips everynight. Not good and certainly toe curling if you are a fussy eater be prepared to eat out everynight. Basic food spreads nothing to write home about. Far from a continental option.

THE STAFF!!! The blonde hair receptionist with glasses completely ruined our stay, on the last day she cut our wristbands off at 11am and didn’t even let us have a glass of water. Very very rude lady
