Before Sunset is a truly eco-friendly hotel – even down to the toilet paper. They genuinely care about nature, which is something you don’t usually see in a luxury hotel. I really appreciated their thoughtful approach to sustainability throughout the stay.

This has truly been the most remarkable place I have ever stayed. The level of service exceeded all expectations — I never realized what true hospitality was until now. The concierge team was exceptional, anticipating and attending to every need with such care. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully detailed. The beach was stunning, and the yoga sessions and sunset rituals created unforgettable moments that I will deeply miss. We had an amazing experience at Before Sunset Hotel. The property is stunning, with beautifully maintained grounds and a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with warmth and genuine hospitality. The entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special thanks to Gül, Hilal, and Yağmur from the management team, and Oya and Arzu from the restaurant – their kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Every request we made was met with a smile and handled immediately, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The food deserves a special mention – it was absolutely delicious and of exceptional quality. We were delighted to learn that many of the ingredients, including vegetables, are grown on-site, adding to the freshness and flavor of every meal. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. It’s a place where you feel genuinely cared for – and we look forward to returning soon!

Some people may find it a little bit remote as Its a 15-20 minute drive into town, but we didn't find this a problem.

My family and I have just returned from the most fantastic week at Before Sunset. Before we arrived, we had an issue whilst travelling which could have derailed our holiday entirely. But instead, the fantastic team at Before Sunset suported us without question or fuss and this generostiy of spirit, care and attention continued throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless; warm, welcoming, and effortlessly attentive. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, and could not have been more helpful. Honestly, they were the best, and I woud love to say a sincere thank you to Tayfun, Gul, Umut, Hasan, Yagmur and Hilal and everyone else for making our week with them so stress free and relaxing! The place itself is stunning, with a beautiful, private beach and exceptional accomodation. The rooms are beautifully designed; modern, super stylish, with high-quality finishes, luxurious fabrics, and thoughtful details throughout. Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The bedroom's outdoor space was a highlight, giving the room a great added dimension and another effortlessly cool space to chill... Food and drink were another major highlight. The breakfasts were genuinely outstanding and the cocktails were on another level. One thing to note is that on Saturdays there is a party which takes over the beach club, which is amazing to behold and has incredible DJ's - but its loud..! Overall its a beautiful place, very cool, super chilled and the staff are just fantastic.

I really like the location, to be in one of the best beach club of Cesme and also be able to stay there. The room and also the terrace was amazing. The only part which was missing is the room service. If you want to have a drink after the closing of the beach club is unfortunately not possible. You have to make sure that you buy something outside. But overall the place is magical and beautiful. If you like Lahmacun, you should try their Lahmacun. I really loved it :).

One of the best rare, conceptual hotels on the Aegean coast. Stylish, well-designed rooms, excellent staff who do everything for your comfort. Very tasty food in the restaurant, good wine list. The beach and the atmosphere on it are magical, especially in the evenings, the best spot for sunsets. Everything was perfect and made my birthday unforgettable. We stayed at the hotel and I truly recommend it. The staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived until we left, always attentive and willing to help, not only at the hotel but also at the Beach Club. The rooms are excellent, clean, and super spacious. The gym is very good. The breakfast is spectacular. We had lunch there a few times and ate superbly as well. I definitely recommend it and would return without hesitation. With only a few rooms, you feel right at home. As for the beach service, I have nothing to criticize: everything was in perfect condition. I highlight the details of the hotel that make it unique and the friendliness of the entire staff.

During the getaway we chose for our wedding anniversary—which was already very special for us—we once again realized that Before Sunset, Çeşme’s top beach in our opinion, has taken the experience to an entirely new level by combining it with the comfort of its boutique hotel. Just like the beach itself, the hotel embraces a natural, sustainable, and bohemian style that’s reflected in every detail. The terrace, which is as spacious as the room and features a bathtub, made us feel like we were back in Bali on our honeymoon. The food was delicious—especially the Elefante night, where the menu was rich, satisfying, and full of unique flavors worthy of a fine dining restaurant. A heartfelt thank you to Aslıhan, Gül, Yağmur, Umut, Tayfun, and Emir from the reception and guest relations team, whose warm hospitality and tasteful recommendations elevated every part of our stay. We’re especially grateful for the lovely anniversary surprise. 😊 At the beach, Melih, Gökdeniz, and Furkan were all incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful. And in the restaurant, Ozan and Şirvan provided service that was even more professional and refined than what we’ve experienced in many fine dining spots. We’re sharing our experience honestly—but we do worry that the hotel might become even more popular in the future, and we won’t be able to find a room next time! 😊
