All the staff especially Adnan,Ahmet,Ramazan and Muberra were fantastic in the restaurant and Maison plaque restaurant .The staff at the beach were also great and we enjoyed the swim up room.We felt that all the food was of a high quality and the sweets were delicious.

The hotel staff is absolutely top. We come back here every year for the quality of their service , the amazing food and the staff . We love Gulcan and Anastasia at the kids club - they always take good care of our daughter . Mehmet and Tuba from the animation team are great for many years , they have a good energy and they are very friendly and welcoming . Ferhat and Serdar -our first friends here - they do amazing service . We feel sorry that we are nominating as everyone here is so nice and helpful - we only had positive experiences. The team at guest relations is going above and beyond - the best team we ever met !!!! They found my daughters gold earring ; helped us save a hedgehog 🦔 that my daughter was very fond of, and helped us with any requests we had throughout the stay . The hotel is top and deserves an absolute 10!

In addition to the high-quality entertainment program, I would like to highlight the wonderful performers we had the chance to enjoy on some evenings at the Maison Plage bar area. I would also like to mention that if you visit soon, look out for Duygu at the Palmye Main Restaurant and Tuba at the Panora Lounge Bar — their attentiveness and cheerful spirit made our holiday especially memorable. Last but not least, if you have small children, Gülcan and Anastassia from the MiniClub will surely become their favourites. Our daughter wanted to go there all the time, and we felt she was in very safe hands. Plus, they create beautiful face paintings!

SwitzerlandThe room view wasn’t really that great. It looked onto alot of old apartment buildings- however we were happy that we were on the quieter side without hearing the loud shows. Didn’t like the highly chorinated pool, you can smell it from a distance therefore we never enjoyed swimming there. It’s a very strong smell and we had not experienced this elsewhere before. The shows were also a bit too loud perhaps not good acoustics but the performances and shows were good.
The staff are amazing friendly and super attentive. They always greet you with a smile. The All inclusive was the best, you never had to worry about what wasn’t included as they have often at other resorts. The food was amazing every day, from breakfast with fresh omelets to lunch by the beach restaurant and to dinner! The desserts were heavenly:) The beach was so beautiful and we spent our days lounging there. There was also a QR code system where you can order drinks to the beach which was super convenient!

GermanyA la carte restaurants are pretty dull, to be honest. There is not much to do and see around the hotel.
The staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. From reception to the staff at the beach and the security guards. Our toddler was treated like a little king. The main buffet was great, also the Maison plage restaurant. Entertainment in the evening not too loud.

United KingdomNothing! We have stayed in the Burj al Arab Dubai, Hotel Maya in Bali and the Rui Palace in Zanzibar, but the Acanthus for us was the best because it is relatively small with a very comfortable feel about it. Just perfect, well done Acanthus and team, bravo.
Setting was perfect, with a quiet private beach with space, unlike the adjacent hotels. The food outstanding, the staff very friendly and accommodating. It was always spotlessly clean everywhere, in every nook and cranny. We were lucky to have a swim up room (2010) which was away from the main pool and very private. Our room had quick and easy access to all main areas of the hotel complex.

United KingdomService wasn't always genuinely friendly and consistent - mostly good but just not amazing all the time! Did feel like the hotel and service was geared towards German clientele. We were always spoken to in German first the menu options and food choices seemed to indicate this too. Honestly - not a massive one but the layout is a little strange - like round the pool the entrance/exits to the pool were in odd places and because of the layout of the buildings where the rooms are you can end up facing other balconies and the evening entertainment is quite loud and disruptive if you don't enjoy it. That would be the case in most of the rooms I think perhaps other than the swim up rooms. The evening entertainment was a little bizarre - very OTT but I couldn't say it wasn't entertaining! A lot of costumes strobe lighting dancers etc
Food was fabulous! Best buffet! A'la cartes were also really lovely! Maison Plage for breakfast is amazing! Service was mostly wonderful Everything is included pretty much - minibar restocked with drinks and snack daily! Fab cocktails! You have a number to whatsapp for guest services and they are fab very responsive and nothing is too much trouble!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the Acanthus Cennet Barut Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. To our delight, we were upgraded to a rooftop suite with a private jacuzzi. The food was outstanding, with an impressive variety and quality that made every meal a highlight. They had mushroom evening! And they served also Hipp baby food. Excellent massage at the spa. Do not forget to bargain about the prices. The service throughout the hotel was warm and attentive, always going the extra mile. Extras like the tennis court, pillow menu, and exceptionally comfortable beds added to the overall luxury feel. For families, the hotel shines—our little one was spoiled with a thoughtfully prepared set of baby and toddler essentials that made traveling with a child so much easier. And we can’t forget the pool—absolutely the longest and most serene we’ve ever seen in a resort. It’s perfect for both casual swimming and laps.

Very clean, comfortable and modern looking hotel. Good quality of food, wide choice of different meals. Staff very polite and helpful! For our child 10 years old was enough activities and we really like that at this hotel there no pool slides and generally very calm and relax atmosphere. we like evening music group zatone orchestra, special thanks to them !
