The hotel's location was great. The hotel staff were very helpful. Lifeguard Levent was very professional and helpful, everything was always on time. There were umbrellas, sunbeds, and food and drink deliveries by him very quick and pleasent He was a very versatile and professional person. The rooms were cleaned with great care. Special thanks to Mrs. Gulhan. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here 3 nights .It was great holiday. specially thanks to Mister Ercan General Manager , he was very helpful.The rooms are clean and nice comfortable.We use beach club , restaurant and night club , and specially sunset party .There are many options to make you feel good and happy .The personal was helpful .This hotel was very nice , on the beach , good pool . Best hotel in Alanya , the Quality one. We will definitely come back again , THANKS A LOT ..

I didn’t like the behavior of some staff. When we posted something on instagram, they started to check our profiles and they started to follow and etc. They should learn how to respect personal life.

A few things to be aware of: • The beach club with the large pool isn’t included for hotel guests, which wasn’t clear at the time of booking. Access only if you pay. You’re limited to swimming in front of the private rooms, which can feel a bit awkward. • The private pool room upgrade wasn’t really worth it for us—our pool was quite cold and mostly in the shade. • There were frequent menu limitations —each day something seemed to be missing from our order or unavailable. Communication about this could be improved. • Though the resort is advertised as adults-only, there were occasional children and swimmers from neighboring areas. The staff did their best to manage this, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Overall, we had a lovely 6-day stay! The rooms were comfortable, the beach and pier were beautiful, and the pool area was very enjoyable. Everything felt well-kept and relaxing. We especially appreciated that the music—while present—ended around 6pm, just as we’d been informed. A special shout-out to Levent, who was truly the kindest and most helpful person at the resort.

I'm visiting this hotel already for little while but lately getting worst. People standing in front of the rooms and making noise. Doors would need some improvement. You can hear everything from outside, the front are. Exit to the pool side is good.

The private pool in our room was too cold, even in the heat as it’s in the shade so you couldn’t really use it. The bidet in our room didn’t work. The WiFi is terrible in the room and the beach which is a shame. The pool was more for those who drink and really busy. It was not so welcoming to those who don’t. The hotel itself is quite costly. There were no signs that the snacks provided in the room were NOT included. Turns out they’re not, and we were charged an extra €10 for water and a few bits at the end. I’d recommend having some signs near the coffee machine as the way it is displayed would usually means it’s included in other places. Especially given the price of the room itself.

The room was really nice and clean and the area where the beach beds was beautiful. The restaurant, Origin and breakfast were exceptional. We would recommend going for dinner at the Origin (especially the garlic prawns!)

The beach should be cleaned up. I am not a fan of swimming from the pier. Trained/experienced people may handle it, ordinary people will not like it.

Stylish,cozy designed.I was there in the middle of April and it was not so pleasant to observe a lot of staff preparing hotel for the season -noisy ,sandy ,etc.Either the outdoor and indoor pools were very cold(around +17 ) but lady at the reception suggested me swimming in the sea (+17 C)

The pier was closed, although it was heavily advertised in pictures with beds on it. I was sunny and good weather. They were working at the pierd half-assed. They kept the pierd closed even when they had sun beds on it, needing only the finishing touches. The annoying thing about it is that for 2 days, nobody was working on it (I can understand keeping it closed while working on it). That pierd is gold, especially since the beach and water is full or rocks. The wi-fi doesn't reach even next to the pool which is close to the rooms. Get an extra wi-fi or a wi-fi extender in the restaurant or bar - it's not that hard! You have international clients all using expensive roaming and relying on the internet. You're 5 stars ffs. You can do so much more with that location. Suggestions: - make that pier 5 stars, open it as much as possible - make it as large as possible. It's an extremely valuable real estate easy to build. Put things on it (beds, sun beds, menus etc) - drastically improve wifi - don't give the same breakfast options all the time. I understand standardization and cost - do little things. - improve services so you can raise the prices.

Great location, good concept, good and functional design for the pools (you can actually swim / work out), very well thought when built, good value airport transfer. The location shines.

The rooms are very noisy—at night, I felt like I was on the street. The hotel is located very close to the road, and the room doors are just regular, without any soundproofing. Noise from other rooms is also easily heard I found a few cockroaches in the room, and the daily cleaning was quite superficial—they didn’t even remove a dead cockroach for three days

People very friendly 😉, nice view, nice decoration and new everything. I was very happy what there some cats make company for me ,as I went alone . I did beautiful pictures and videos for memory. Only just one more things I don't like what sometimes you hearing road from outside,but at least I am happy what such stylish hotels in Turkey. Thx guys for nice atmosphere.

Doors to the main street are not sound proof. This does spoil the actually nice location and the lovely sound of waves. Easy to fix, just install proper doors. Room service quality lacks. If you order from the wrong menu, you don't get notified that the ordered items are not available at the time. Food just doesn't come, nobody tells you. Moreover, the menu doesn't filter what is available at what time. Same here, easy to fix!

Amazing breakfast at the restaurant. SPA is nice, Gym is nice. This is a great spot to spend time.
