The only thing to mention is the situation with the pool area. Sometimes guests put their towels on the sunbeds to reserve them and then go to the beach for several hours. As a result, the poolside looks almost fully occupied, but in reality many sunbeds stay unused for most of the day. It would be much nicer if the pool area could be enjoyed by everyone, so perhaps the hotel could consider some measures to avoid this.

The hotel is very nice, surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and there is a large area for relaxation. The food is generally tasty, and we found the buffet better than the à la carte option.

Areas for improvement: • Sunbeds: there is a rule against reserving sunbeds when you’re not present for more than an hour, but in reality many guests claim them early in the morning (around 6 am) and staff do not enforce the rule. As a result, poolside beds were often “reserved” but empty. • Cocktails: the quality was inconsistent – generally better in the evenings, but during the day they often varied a lot depending on the staff preparing them. • Smoking: this was one of the bigger drawbacks for us. Many guests smoked on the restaurant terrace and at the bar, even though at restaurant it was marked non-smoking. Staff did not intervene, so non-smokers like us often had to move around to avoid the smoke. We would strongly suggest creating a proper non-smoking section at the bar and enforce the rule in restaurant terrace so everyone can enjoy the evenings comfortably. • Food: while the selection of sides, vegetables, and desserts was excellent, beef and seafood options were very limited – we only had steak and shrimps once during the whole week. • A la carte: access was only free once during the stay, and we didn’t find the experience memorable enough to book again. Overall: Balmy Beach Resort is a clean, modern, and friendly resort with plenty of activities and a relaxing vibe. The variety of food and the warmth of the staff stood out, and we had a wonderful week. With better enforcement of the sunbed and smoking rules, plus more consistency in drinks and beef options, it would be close to perfect.

We spent a week at Balmy Beach Resort this August and overall had a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Positives: • The resort is very clean, modern, and beautifully furnished. • Wide choice of food and drinks, with plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, appetizers, and desserts – the pistachio ice cream was a highlight! • Staff were consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming. • The beach was well maintained and clean, and security on the grounds felt reassuring. • Lovely relaxing atmosphere overall. • Every evening there was entertainment from 9 pm, and during the day the hotel offered creative and fun activities such as painting, mosaic workshops, fly yoga every second day, and even sunrise paddle boarding with an instructor. • For couples, there was a nice selection of board games and other activities to enjoy together.

The water is too deep for people who cant swim but want to have a dip (wish there was a shallower end). The food selection was mediocre- more variety or maybe more restaurants at the boutique would be better. The breakfasts were the same everyday

They could change (or wash?) the covers of the sunbeds in swim-up rooms. Also enforcing more seriously the no-sunbed-reserving and no-smoking by the pool rules could help. Finally, they should strike an agreement with the next door hotel for the loud (and not-so-tasteful) music.

Very nice location for enjoying the sea and sun without kids around (obviously we like kids but we needed an escape). Food is really good although it is served in very large variety for the whole hotel, really surprisingly good. The staff is very kind and friendly. We would consider coming back!

The only thing for me was the WiFi that was kicking out every 2 minutes from time to time when we were in a room, but around the rest of the hotel territory it was fine.

First of all everything is surrounded in greenery. The whole purpose of choosing this hotel was to have no kids running around and no drunk people going nuts and, I must say, this place met all expectations. I stayed with my mom and we are foodies, so we ate till we were rolling out of the place, cause there were so much to choose from and kept trying something new.

As part of the package- they give you one free night of dining at the a la carte restaurant. When we checked in they told us they booked it for Tuesday so we went to try and go in and the man at the restaurant said he didn’t have our booking we went to reception who told us there had been an error and that he would book us for Wednesday then the same thing happened, we eventually got to dine there on Thursday but there was a bit of miscommunication between the restaurant and reception and us regarding that but everything else was fantastic.

Everything was spectacular, the staff were beyond helpful and super friendly it’s like they couldn’t do enough for you. All areas of the hotel were always immaculately clean and once inside, you honestly feel like you’re in paradise. The pictures displayed are amazing but don’t do it enough justice. This was the best holiday we’ve ever been on and before we left we were already looking at dates to book for the following year. Can’t say enough good things about this place it was sooo good!! The all inclusive aspect made it so comfortable too. Things like being able to have water and coffee and cocktails whenever you wanted made such a difference. The mini bar in the room is also included in the all inclusive, and there’s a 24/7 bar. There are set meal times breakfast is 7-10:30 lunch is 12:30-2:30 and dinner is 7-9:30 however they also have a lounge that serves sandwiches and pastries and cookies from 4-7 pm if you get hungry between meal times and also 12:30 - 2:00 (am) if you get hungry late at night. There’s always options to see you through.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!

The music at the bar seemed to go on until 1am which you could clearly hear in the room. Although there were signs stating towels would be removed from loungers by the pool after an hour, this never seemed to happen. Luckily there were other loungers by the sea. Perhaps during busy season the staff are more active at this.

The beach looked unkempt, but that was likely because we were at the very start of the season and it hadn’t been prepared yet. The pool isn’t heated, so early in the season the water is cool. Strangely, the light inside the wardrobe in the room wouldn’t turn off, and since its doors were slatted, it made the room quite bright at night.

An excellent hotel styled in a boho design, with great attention to detail. It’s delightful that natural materials are used throughout. The grounds are small but charming. This is a hotel for those who enjoy a calm, relaxed getaway. The food is delicious and varied, and the freshly brewed coffee is superb. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming. There are engaging activities on-site without any intrusive entertainment. In the evenings, there’s live music or a DJ. They serve quality imported alcohol. I was genuinely impressed by this hotel — from the stunning design, where every little detail has been thoughtfully considered, to the warm and cozy atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The aesthetic is both elegant and inviting, creating a space you simply don’t want to leave. The food deserves a special mention: delicious, diverse, and refreshingly creative — far from the usual hotel fare. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality added so much warmth to my experience. Although I wasn’t lucky with the weather during my stay, the hotel, its atmosphere, and the beauty the team has created more than made up for it. It truly brightened my time in Turkey.
