I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The receptionists were exceptionally kind and helpful – especially Reza, who went above and beyond to help me organize my daily tours and reschedule my balloon flight after it was canceled. He truly took the time to find the best day for flying again, which I really appreciated. Mehmet was always available for chats, tips of what to visit and to accomodate my needs. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and having free water available all day was a great touch. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the views from the hotel roof terace were simply breathtaking for sunrise and sunset. Highly recommended!

This year I celebrated my birthday in May in Turkey, and my stay in Cappadocia at Balloon View Hotel, perfectly located, with a beautiful terrace and a super breakfast, was absolutely delightful.
 I felt so warmly welcomed and taken care of; it was a truly memorable trip and a special birthday, that I’ll always remember.

The amenities like the fridge were not in the room, the washroom locks were not working, the safe locker was not working, and the soaps in the washroom had no fragrance.

The location was ideal, and the plus point was the breakfast provided by chef Hanifa, which made our mornings great and refreshing. The reception guy was great and did his best to accommodate our early check-in.

We arrived in the middle of the night the night before and no arrangements could be made for the room. The staff wouldn't let us sleep in the lobby and didn't seem to be intrigued by where we were going to spend the night so it was a bad experience.

Great location in Göreme—everything was within easy walking distance, including key attractions and restaurants. The highlight of my stay was the incredible staff, especially Reza at the front desk. He went above and beyond by recommending and arranging activities and transportation, making my time in Cappadocia seamless and unforgettable. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, served with stunning views of the valley and hot air balloons drifting by.

The softest and lumpiest mattress and pillows ever.

The location, views and staff were great. The room was a reasonable size and the bathroom was good. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food and there was a different variety every day.

The breakfast buffet is all handmade by chef including pastry dough. It is marvelous. The view from the breakfast nook is all glassed in with 33 side open for balloon viewing. The front desk is very accommodating.

The hotel had an amazing breakfast buffet. It was the highlight if our stay! The location is great. Really close to the bis station and everything else in Göreme. Our room was comfortable and clean. The guy at reception was very friendly and helped with every possible issue. The hotel also offers tours and airport pickup. From the rooftop terrace you have an amazing view. I will come again.

Great view of the balloons! Super close to town, the staff let us keep our bags there after we checked out and let us use the facilities until we went to the airport! The free breakfast was a bonus

Mohamed and Reeza were exceptional staff, they were incredibly hospitable and helpful since the day we arrived until we left. They assisted with all our tour arrangements, attended to all our needs, and made our stay really easy. We also loved the location in terms of getting to see hot air balloons passing our hotel room window every morning. We enjoyed the lovely spread of breakfast.
