The location, it's 50 meters to the tram and across from the grand bazaar the terrace area on the first floor, The staff were always pleasant and helpful, They allow us to leave our bags when I travelled to Cappadocia and was kept safe until my return ,

It’s well located, just a 10–15 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, and other key attractions. The street in front of the hotel is closed to traffic, making it quiet outside. Breakfast was reasonable, offering a traditional Turkish spread. Overall, it’s good value for the price we paid. The staff are friendly, special thanks to Emrullah As for the smooth check-out on Sunday.

We like breakfast but it should have more options. There should be diversity in the menu. Carpets in the rooms and Lobby furniture need restoration.

The Staff was really hospitable, supportive and welcoming. The manager was so cooperative and accommodating. Room service is really great.

Good hotel. The location is near the tram station and Grand Bazaar. The hotel is located in very convenience for travel in Istanbul and not in noisy area. Migros supermarket is only just 2 minutes by walk. The room is clean and well kept. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is good and delicious.

the double room size was a bit small with a good street view the twin room size was accurate as in photos, but with a view to wall. sounds from the next rooms can be heard. More flexibility in cleaning time by cleaning personnel, was resolved when we talk to the gentle lady manager. i personally don't like minibars in the room and i like more the small fridges.

cleanliness, location, breakfast, staff, reception, the lady manager was very supportive, they have a lift, shisha, good turkish coffee.TV in the room with a variety of channels, minibars. staff speak good arabic and good english in addition to turkish. Very suitable for families, this is my second time choosing this hotel and i will choose it again in the future.

If I had to say one thing, and its not really a negative but...Maybe the rooms were a little small and also showers, but overall more than enough.

Great location! Beyazit Tram, Mosque and Grand Bazaar 3 mins walk away. The staff at Balin Hotel are Superb! Going above and beyond for help and Custome Service. The care provided for my family and especially my 83 yr old father who has poor mobility was exceptional. The staff such as Marjan and Zarina were so helpful to us and particularly my father, it really made an excellent stay. The manager Miss Tuanna Cakir has an excellent understand of customer service and and will always help and do whatever she can to accomodate. The personal help provided by Tuanna was exceptional, looking after my family so well. Thank you so much also for my 50th Birthday cake!❤️ it was a Superb stay. See you soon! Also the restaurant connected to the hotel at front is exceptional and convenient. The Manager and his staff are so helpful and provide great food and customer service! - The Monarch Lounge.

People smoking at the terrace next to our window. The pavement needs to be improved to facilitate the entrance for disabled.

Perfect location. The entrance is beautifuly decorated. The room looks great and the bed is very comfortable. Toilet smaller than expected, but big enough. The breakfast has enough options and is very fresh. By the way, the coffee is delicious! Excellent team, they are professional, polite and friendly. Lovely people, it was a pleasure to stay.

An amazing hotel, it is very clean and comfortable. The staff are so helpful and accommodating and service is with a smile. The location is amazing within a few steps of Beyazit tram station and grand bazaar there is a very slight hill but only a few steps and not an issue even with my bad knee. Breakfast was good and I saw staff being accommodating. Even to late comers. I highly recommend this hotel, for price, location and above all the service received from all staff. This was my second trip to Istanbul but won't be last.

Fantastic location, very clean. A room with extended balcony made our stay perfect. Ms. Tuana, Mr. Velit, Mr. Abdi and other stuff were so polite and professional. Definitely coming back.
