Sometimes the door card wasn't functioning properly, we had to return to the reception a few times but they were also there for us, so nothing major really.

Staff were wonderful, always available and very polite and kind. The room was ventilated very well with windows. The location was great, we were like 2 minutes away from the Taksim street. The narrow alleys around the hotel were lovely. The breakfast was great and absolutely worth the value. They had this lovely space in the kitchen, which was 24/7 open to have coffee and tea, and a lovely space for smoking with fountains and everything. We had an amazing family stay there with no problems.

Stayed nine nights and it was fantastic. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Location is very good for people who like shopping and food. Breakfast was pretty good, very good coffee. We bought ourselves an upgrade to their suite executive and I would really recommend it for anyone who want a luxury or just comfortable vacation. It has bubble bath, hamam and a nice relaxing balcony. You have a lot of space so it's perfect for anyone who wants to stay a few nights. If you need help regarding touristic stuff the people in the reception will offer you great help. Police station is also right next to the hotel so it feels super safe. We liked this hotel so much we already booked another 11 nights in October, can't wait to visit again!

Great location. Easy to get where you need to go near lots of shops and restaurants. Stayed on the 6th floor (yes they have an elevator) and the shower WAS AMAZING! Great shower pressure and plenty of hot water. Great spread of breakfast and the hot dishes change daily. They have daily housekeeping and everyone was very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Turkish bath in the room. Came back tired one day. The room was clean all over again 😄 honest staff, Mustafa notified me immediately that I had left something in the room, giving me a reason to return! Really nice room + experience!

Our room was clean and confortable, even if a little small (our fault for not checking the room dimentions of the "Small room" we selected, there were plenty others with more space). The only small downside was that a few minor repairs could improve the overall comfort. For example, the towel rack was a bit loose, one side of the shower door handle was missing, and some silicone seals could use refreshing. However, these are easy fixes that would quickly enhance both the look and functionality of the room.

I had a wonderful stay at Ayramin Deluxe Hotel, especially due to its excellent location. It is tucked away in a quiet side street, yet just a short walk from Istiklal Caddesi and several public transport stops. From here, I could easily explore the Galata Tower and Karaköy on foot, while buses and trams provided quick access to the city’s main attractions. Restaurants, bars, and shops are also conveniently nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was especially grateful for the early check-in they arranged for me. My room was fantastic, and the private hammam was definitely a highlight—well worth experiencing! I didn’t book breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would still recommend this hotel for its unbeatable location, great amenities, and excellent service!

There was a lot of noise coming from outside, especially after midnight. It didn’t bother us too much, but it wasn’t ideal.

The hotel's location is perfect! It's very close to Taksim Square, convenient for city transportation, and the sister hotel next door has a wonderful terrace overlooking the Istanbul skyline. We loved it! The staff was especially nice, particularly Huseyn, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Very weak WiFi signal, even no WiFi at all. At times the room was very hot and I could not control the temperature.

The reception and waiting areas is too small. Not much varieties for the breakfast buffet and the restaurant is a bit small.

The room is fairly small just about enough space for 2 people at times you have to give each other way as theres not enough space. Breakfast had good selection for a small hotel but the hot stuff was cold...this is at 8am when they open for breakfast.

Ahmet at reception was really attentive and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the area and should us how to get around the area. All the staff were really polite and helpful. Very pleasant stay. Although we didnt use the other hotels facilities i liked that the option was there.
