The tables suppose to be on other place not joining the cooking area some times it smell bad i mean on buffet amazing to have every thing cooked infront of you but suppose to be on other area and work on smeel on the place of tables

Amazing with diversity of food , i recommend this hotel 🏨 My daughter was sick, and they called me to know if she got better or not The general manager sent me a thankful message for making reservations on his hotel, which is amazing and valuable. In general, i like it, and i recommend increasing the time of playing with water games

Food can become a bit repetitive. Only had 5 slides. Can get boring after a while. Wasn’t too Pleased when a waiter told me 10mins before closing time they had closed, had 10minutes left and even if i was a minute late a cup of sprite wasn’t going to kill him. Nothing much around the hotel in terms of shops etc.

Great entertainment and evening shows. Nice beach. Good variety of food (although repetitive at times). Drinks bar open 24/7. Snack bar serving pizza, pasta, nuggets, chips,waffles from 12-4pm. Late breakfast which is great if you need a lie in. Staff generally pleasant. Walking distance to land of legends. Nice indoor pool And pools Open from 8am to 7pm.

There were some cigarette smoke smells coming into the room through the air con vents, which is hard to get rid of. The staff tried but didn't solve the problem per say. The pillows are so lumpy and thick. That is just a 'me issue'. I do prefer soft pillows. I did ask for spares and they provided new ones which were literally the same for experience. But this is a small problem.

I like the hotel and it's very comfortable arrangements such as shuttle to the beach and back every 20 mins, water slides in the indoor pools, a massive variety of food and drinks which they serve from 7am till 1am , entertainment for every one, kids and adults, a club, shops,spa and massage, well equipped gym! you literally don't need to leave the hotel

The sliding water games for kids under 15 should be seperated from the adults! The sliding water games should be opened all time. The Resort is NOT at the beach directly!

The beach is a bit far so you are dependent on the shuttle bus.The stones on the pool area can be slippery.

Other guests were very very rude to each other. Plates and bowls everywhere as staff had a had time keeping up. Maid service trolly and Fuste exits just dumped and left open all over the place.

Loved the lobby and the staff were amazing. Pool was great. Room was spacious, great location. Spa treatments are fantastic.

The property is located on the main road, next to local farms. At night it can get noisy with cars driving past if the balcony is open. The beach is 10 min away, with a free shuttle provided to it. However, the facilities at the beach aren’t so nice and we felt it was more pleasant by the pool.

Very nice and modern hotel with great facilities. Rooms are new, clean and very spacious. Food was amazing, there was a big variety and it always tasted yummy. The pool was very nice, dj at the pool and animation are super friendly. Staff at the hotel are all very welcoming.

The playground for small children is too small, with only a few drawing papers and a small number of Lego pieces. There are also some painting papers placed on the table, which cost €10, making children pressure their parents to buy them. It also takes a long time during the day to receive basic supplies, such as toilet paper and towels.

The staff were very helpful and did their best to ensure guest satisfaction. Each meal offered a wide variety of food options, so you never got bored with the same dishes. Some of the cleaners were especially attentive, and their work was efficient and thorough, their names are (Gizem, kezban, emine).

Being end of season, there were no activities on, no entertainment team so quite boring, no ice cream as they'd run out and weren't replacing it, drinks not available for the same reason. I don't think there would be enough sunbeds, facilities etc when hotel is at full capacity. Shop keepers constantly sat smoking.

The stuff barely speak English. They were not helpful with the bed arrangements if you have children. The rooms were never cleaned, the bathroom was always dirty. You always had to ask for water, juices in the room. Plus towels etc.

The hotel is beautiful but the carpets in the hotel are too old. The choice of food was amazing. The rooms were disappointing, the cleaners don’t clean the rooms. They will only cover the beddings, don’t clean the bathroom or even replace the products.

I booked a spa session for a full body medical massage and It was a disappointment....
