Stayed here for one night and was so much nicer than what I was expecting. The room/bathroom was clean, comfortable bed and hotel parking provided. The staff were really friendly too.

There is no breakfast option, but some good breakfast shops nearby. Parking space is very tight, for some reason they still park right in front of the hotel which makes it difficult to navigate inside and outside of the parking space, they should just remove the cars in front of the door.

The rooms were quite spacious and comfortable, the location is quite central with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Internet was quite good and personnel was friendly and professional. I heard it was a new accommodation which you could see because the interior seemed new and it was hygienic.

I recommend this hotel; the value for money is very good. The hotel looks great, is clean, and has very good facilities and amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to the city center, about a 10-minute walk. It has a very good private parking area. Indeed, it is not located on the most fancy street, but it is easily accessible to the areas of interest.

It was our mistake that we didn't book a room with a view, so we stayed for two days in a room that only had a window overlooking the hotel corridor. However the room was very nice and clean, the hotel has guarded parking and is located very close to the city center.. The staff was very kind and helpful. Maybe it should have been a bit cheaper, but that's no reason not to stay there again

The room is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The private parking entrance is a bit narrow but the staff is very helpful and guides you into it, and it is a big plus that it is under video surveillance. The location is okay, being very close to the waterfront by walking, but take the wrong turn and you are in a sketchy neighborhood. Overall, for a short stay it was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. Very welcoming staff.

The air conditioning is centrally controlled and we couldn't feel any air coming out of the vent. I complained about it being warm in the room and was told people preferred heat at this time of the year and I could open a window. This wasn't an option for us because of noise, so it was a warm night. Our shower drain was totally clogged so the whole bathroom floor flooded. When I told him, the man just said OK...no apology, like it's normal. There was a small fridge but it wasn't cold.

The noise from other guests (at 1:30 in the morning) - but reception sorted it out quickly. The only other (small) thing was that we required assistance with the aircon, as our room remained hot - we opened the window at night, but couldn’t then sleep because of noise from the neighboring guests. Reception came to sort out the aircon and we were told it is fixed to warm, because of winter season (heated), but it’s now spring and days are warmer. Luckily he removed the “fixed to heat” setting for us.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Location was great for where we wanted to be and everything that we wanted to see. The staff was friendly and very responsive.

We arrived late by bus and it was no problem at all. There is always someone at reception and they are very friendly. The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is great. Everything was clean. The hotel is located very close to the public shuttle bus that takes you to Troy, which is very convenient. You can also easily walk to the harbour area where all the restaurants are. They have a recommendations list about what to do in Çanakkale and that was very helpful. We would definitely come back if we visit here again.
