It is a nice guesthouse for its price. The breakfasts are wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The air conditioners in the rooms also work properly. The staff at the guesthouse are helpful and try to resolve any problems immediately. You can relax on the top-floor terrace whenever you like. And the best part of the guesthouse is the other guests staying there. Since we had the chance to meet wonderful people at breakfast, we had a great time in Kaş. In short, I recommend Ateş Guesthouse :)

The WiFi didn't work for us in our room. This was okay for us since we both had data sims for our phones, but may it be worth investigating for the bottom rooms, as we found that it worked okay on the terrace, just not in our rooms.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect. We were 5 minutes from the beach and the town centre. It was also very scenic, with lots of plants all around the place. The terrace had a beautiful view. Thank you, Ates Pension !

Location was fine but the dorms were tiny, no lockers or personal storage at all and very overpriced ( 35 euros a night). Nice breakfast and staff but not the standard you would expect at this price. The terrace upstairs is a nice relaxing spot. No WiFi in rooms either, only communal areas which is rather inconvenient.

Initially the host seemed flustered. He sisn’t have our reservation and, when I clarified we that we had made it thru Booking.com, he kept repeating:: “No pay Booking, pay me. It was hardly a warm welcome/

The dorm is on the smaller side and lacks privacy.

It was a cute hotel with lots of bougainvillea. I loved the breakfast spread. I got an early check-in and free breakfast during the check-in. The terrace had a nice view. It was close to the town centre.

The building is too old and there was no lock on the balcony door, that wasn't feel so secured. There were some stain on the bed, which could have been at least flipted. In fact, beds are old, doors are also very old and you cannot close it without locking it. However, as I mentioned on the positive facts, if you aren't looking for luxurious building and very family/friendly host to stay with, this is the place!

The staff is super friendly and warm people, that made our stay very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, open buffet with many options. Suitable for vegans as well (Lot of home made jams, fresh vegetables, nuts, pastries etc). The facilities are basic, do not expect luxurious or modern building. It's worth the money.

Unfortunately our bathroom drain had a bad smell after every night.

The people really make this place! Extremely friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable. We loved the free inclusion of the deck chairs at the beach club Asma 6. The property has a beautiful view, our room was very nice, and the breakfast was good.

Wifi not great (but that’s most places we stayed in Turkey so not uncommon). No fridge or toiletries supplied, very basic room and aircon wasn’t amazing but did what it needed to. Also you will be woken up by roosters every morning.

The room was big and very clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. The bathroom was big and nice. The location was very central. Everybody working there was friendly and gave us advice about what to do in the area. There was a parking place available. The breakfast was tasty. Would recommend this place if youre staying in Kaş.

We had to pay in cash on the spot. Later we realized that Booking.com did indeed say that we have to pay on the spot, but maybe paying through booking.com would be one more level of comfort.

The breakfast!!!! Fresh, home made, delicious, nice variety of salty and sweet. For me the breakfast was an absolute winner. The beds were also very comfortable. The place is nice, more on the basic side, but if you spend a lot of time outside as we did, you will be totally happy and satisfied. The breakfast was unbelievable. So fresh, home made, was difficult to stop eating.

Reasonably priced compared to other places in Kaş. Breakfast was excellent and served on the roof top patio which has a great view over the bay. Easy stroll into the centre and a couple of close beaches near by.

Good location within walking distance of town centre, harbour and can see the amphitheatre from the rooftop terrace. Run by a lovely family, very welcoming. Wonderful breakfast.
