There were only minor issues that were quickly resolved by the staff- needed more pillows, rooms were chilly in the winter. All of these issues were addressed with kindness and care by the staff.

The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was amazing. The staff were friendly and responsive. The hotel is exactly as pictured. The owner was extremely kind and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable.

Nothing to fault, just a really nice experience. Would perhaps recommend getting a pool in as a future upgrade. Otherwise worth noting the hotel is in a quiet village about 20-30 minutes drive from the main town. There's a nice market but not a great deal to do in the village itself. We came to love the relaxed vibe and even got to know a couple of the locals and their stories, but the quiet might not be to everyone's taste.

We had a lovely time here. Having stayed in Antalya and Istanbul, this was by far our best hotel experience this holiday. From the charming family running the hotel, Musa and his beautiful wife and forever smiling Ali, to homemade Jam for breakfast and the cave inspired bedrooms. Totally loved it. Cannot fault anything. Would highly recommend if you want a chilled break and a personal touch.

The only negative would be that the room we were in had no air conditioning and we came during maybe exceptional hot days (34C +). My wife requested a fan and they delivered. This fan was a good option without the AC.

We stayed at this location 2 nights. The location is close to restaurants, 2 supermarkets & tourist shops but far enough away from the tourist crowds. Musa & his family are super friendly and very accommodating. Musa has all the connections for the activities that you want to do in Cappadocia (better to contact him before you arrive to make arrangements). Our morning breakfast was typical Turkish breakfast spread. There was always enough food so that you don't leave hungry. Our server Ali was so nice and always there to attend to our needs. This is a family run outfit, so they are there to help and serve to make sure you needs are met. I can't say enough about Musa, he is a model of how small business owners should be.

Definitely İ am giving 5 star to this hotel. The staff are amazing and so welcoming, treating us like guests, the best hospitality I have ever experienced. The rooms are cosy and clean, not to mention the breakfast is absolutely perfect, a wonderful home cooked breakfast which was delicious and very filling. if you are visiting this area don't look for another hotel.

Amazing location and a fabulous family run place. Musa and Ali were very helpful and accommodating. Made vegetarian breakfast for us too🙂👍 Musa took us over for the tours in Cappadocia which was great too. Definitely recommended place to stay whilst visiting capudocchia🙂👍

Too few days to rest

Great family hotel!Small and very cozy, wonderful hosts!An excellent breakfast is prepared with local products. You will feel at home!Excellent location 3 minutes from the center, where there are cafes, shops, ATMs.All the main attractions are 15-20 minutes away by car.A room stylized as cave....it beautifully. We lived here with great pleasure for 5 days....It's not forgotten!!! Thank you very much! Everything was great! We will be happy to come back again! Marina and her family.....

I didn’t like the bathroom it smells and it needs a window for fresh air coming in every time . Also the toilet was making noise and it moves every time , when you’re sitting down and it wasn’t comfortable at all. My children were complaining every time when they were using the bathroom . the property didn’t have AC. It was hot to sleep at night. Everyone was feeling restless.

Breakfast was okay, but missing out my normal breakfast where I have toast and eggs and fresh orange juice. they had their way of cooking different omelette for breakfasts. Didn’t have cereal for the kids. Because my kids don’t eat theses kind of traditional foods .
