The pool spa area felt a little ‘dingy’ with the red lights and could do with a scrub in places. Not somewhere you’d want to lounge as it’s quite small, dark/outdated but the pool was an excellent temperature and the Turkish bath was lovely.

Excellent location, great facilities, great and varied breakfast. Pool and spa were great to refresh.

Pillows hard and uncomfortable

Good location. Very close to tram to explore city - cheap and easy to use. Can walk to all attractions but in August it’s hot so air conditioned tram a good option at 75p a trip

Wouldnt say something i didnt like but the room we had was quite small though it works for us. Aircond temperature was too cold and not adjustable, so we had to switch the aircond off at some point (also not a big deal for us, was okay with that). Housekeeping could put the blanket sheets a little better, but this are just small comments for improvements. Otherwise the hotel is perfect.

Everything was good. Air condition was always really cold and nice especially during summer. Rooms were cleaned well everyday. Lobby area and reception really helpful. Theres also coffee in the corner where you can ask for while waiting for taxi. Location is perfect, can always get a taxi there, and even for metro, super easy. Walking distance also to the grand bazaar. So overall a good stay.

Every thing was very good nothing was bad

Hotel staff specially the receptionist are amazing! They are really supportive. Our flight was delayed and we needed some more time to stay at hotel and were courteous enough to let us stay without any extra charges. We liked the water from the toilet seat it was realy un expected house keeping was efficient

Breakfast was very basic and they ran out of bread every day so we were unable to have any toast.

1. The sauna was not working for the first few days of our stay. 2. The swimming pool water was freezing cold - lukewarm heating of the water would have helped. 3. Swimming pool was very small/tiny. 4. Room walls were a bit thin as you could hear people in the corridors or other rooms.

The staff were helpful and supported us with bookings for the day or evening trips we wanted. I wish to particularly mention Yusuf at the hotel reception who helped and was patient when we were making those bookings. Thank you Yusuf and also thank you to Kadir! Location was convenient to public transport. Room was comfortable.

I liked the location very much, the hotel is in the middle of a shopping area. You have access to all public transport: bus, tram, and metro. There are a lot of restaurants with traditional Turkish delicious. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. The pool and hamam work very good. Classic breakfast (egg, tomato, cereals, etc)

The Spa was a bit of a non event. We were told it was open but we had to move a barrier to get down the stairs. It was unmanned after we were told it was open. No towels available and no massage staff to assist. We eventually went elsewhere for our Spa experience.

The swimming pool was small. The bathroom water smelled very slightly of chlorine. The soundproofing is very weak, as we were able to hear almost everything going on in the hallways.

The rooms were very spacious. The location was very good, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel being very close to a tram station and a metro station was also very helpful.

The staff could consult a western person for ideas of easy breakfast items to add. eg the Muesli was, we think, porridge oats.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff. Walking to the Bazaar (12 mins) or further to the Blue Mosque (20 mins). Also 5 mins walk to the nearest Tram station, so good location to come back to for a refresh in the afternoon. Really nice room, not huge but very comfortably furnished. Fridge and electric jug to use. Breakfast has different reviews on the site, it is very extensive for Turkish items, limited for Western tastes. But would still give the breakfast a very good rating. The spa area is lovely, but it is a cold plunge pool. We found it too cold to use.
