The location was fabulous with harbor views across to the Gallipoli Peninsula. There were many restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff were most helpful and had translation devices close by at all times. Should I go back to Canakkale, this would be my first choice for accommodation.

Our room had a great location overlooking the Dardanelles. Parking near the entrance was convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were wonderful. When I asked where to buy some fruit, they even went with me to the grocery store. Thank you so much!

Great location right on the waterfront. Wonderful large room with a separated lounge area. Lovely views out across the bay. Bathroom was spacious and had a great shower, hot and hard. Well situated for places to eat and drink.

If you are noise sensitive, bring good earplugs. The bar next door was playing loud music until nearly 1am and once that stops, you can hear the incessant engine noise from the constant stream of shuttle ferries (it's pretty much non-stop and fairly loud, even with the windows closed).

Good location, great view over the Dardanelles and the town, beautifully designed rooms, though they are not big (the double rooms might be a bit tight for two people). Attractive breakfast and bar area.

The room was too small. Of course, it is stated clearly 12 m2, however we did not expect to go around the bed sideways. Not a big deal if you are just in for sleeping and continue the journey the next day.

Only negative was the breakfast which perhaps could cater a little better for tourists from Asia and Australasia. Having said that, the breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The location right on the waterfront is amazing and just a stones throw from the ferry terminal across to Galipolli. Fabulous seafood restaurants aplenty. Taxi rank within 50 metres also a plus.

Great location close to everything. If you arrive in Çanakkale by bus, the C9 is the bus from the terminal into the city. The stop is the old hospital. We had the room with the view and we enjoyed it. Clean, lift, close to restaurants, good heating

The soundproofing from the corridor was not good enough for me. In this hotel, if you don't close your room door well enough, they turn on the alarm in your room to report it. And if your neighbors by a floor are in such a situation, which happens often, you will hear this alarm inside your room as well. Also, the fact that you can't turn off the lighting from the air conditioner was quite annoying. On the one hand the room has great curtains that isolate the room well from the light, on the other hand, the light from the air conditioner illuminated the room as well as a bedside lamp :) It prevented me from sleeping. If it could be changed, my experience in this hotel would be perfect.

The view from the window was beautiful, the room was well-soundproofed from the noise from the street. Very friendly staff who are ready to help quickly with needs that may arise. The location is very convenient, there is a ferry nearby to get to the other side of the city with a car. Good comfortable beds, enough space for personal belongings.
