Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomWe had to wait for the lifts for a while, although they are fast when you get in them, they took a long time to come at times due to everyone needing to use them. Also it would be good to have AC around the corridors and lifts as it was really hot.
We had a great time at the hotel. We were extremely impressed with the snack bar being opened all night as most hotels close by 10/11pm. This helped us as we didn’t need to go out late at night trying ti find a restaurant to feed my child who has ARFID as the chef cooked his dinner for him. The beach and pools were great and clean. The food was also great. The games centre was also good for the children.

RussiaThe lunch time was quite short - absolutely enough to have a meal, but you'll have to plan around getting to the restaurant on time. The hotel is situated on a hillside, so all the facilities are spread across multiple floors. This is fine in its own, but I felt like there were not enough elevators. I'm fine walking down the stairs, but I imagine it can get difficult for someone with health complications. Drinking water is surprisingly difficult to get in the evening if you're not in one of the bars. There are a few fridges around the main pool and close to the beach - but they get locked at 6pm. That is, of course, past the time when lifeguards leave their posts and technically you're not supposed to go to the sea anymore, but we all know that you will :)
Good quality and diverse food, spacious room, nice views. Plenty of space around the pools and at the beach. Multiple bars around the place, so you're never further than a minute away from refreshments during the day. The slides are a nice touch.

GermanyThis hotel doesnt have taxi transfer! Written have, but nobody coming for u to pick up from aeroport!! We had to call to hotel , spend money for roaming charges and had to order taxi for 80 euro. To go back taxi ordered from booking site, was cost like 42 euro from hotel to aeroport. Water at pools was not warm, cold. Music at main pool not all time
Here perfect restaurant, exceptional tasty food! Good stuff, but waiters were never coming to out table. I always had to come to them and ask for tea spoon because where are no tea spoons for coffee AT ALL! Room at first day gave to us at 1 floor but we asked to change and next day got better - at 5th floor.

United KingdomI had my family staying in another local hotel, and we were not allowed guests despite them having their bracelets for their hotel. We ended up meeting outside more and ate out more and therefore didn't benefit the hotel all-inclusive deal fully. Otherwise the service was excellent
The staff were all very polite, pleasant, and helpful. I liked the hotel facilities which were cartered really well for both kids and adults. The food options were great and with a good selection of drinks.

IrelandThe hotels design it's very poor in my opinion and very confusing , it took us 4 days to figure out how to find places, the air conditioning in the main dining area was very poor, the entertainment was also poor . Other than that it was good
I liked the food, service and all people who worked in the hotel.

United KingdomWe were supposed to check in at 2 pm, which is the check-in time, however,we got our room an hour later. When we did enter it,the cleaning crew was still in it.Also, the rooms also feel a little dated. Also, the taxi we pre- booked to go to the airport from a different taxi company didn't turn up. The hotel reception staff was kind to arrange another taxi for us. We paid the taxi fare at the hotel reception. However , on messaging the hotel ( online) to get a receipt for the taxi ( as requested by the booking company for the taxi fare refund), there was no response at all. Due to that, we never got a refund from the taxi bookings company.
Location and the all inclusive facilities were really good with a wide range of activities.

United KingdomA little on the large side, meaning sometimes you felt overwhelmed by the crowds in the hotel. Was not able to get booked into any of the speciality restaurants. Must book this before arrival to guarantee spaces
The hotel has everything you would wish for!! They catered for all and had lots of entertainment if you wished to be part of it.

GermanyShower didn't have a door, so the water was often all over the bathroom floor. The hotel is on the hill, so there are elevators that go to -4 floor. These elevators are often busy, so you have to wait. Unfortunately -4 floor is not the sea yet, you have to go down almost 2 floors more to get to the sea. We lived on the floor 2, so we had to go 6 floors by elevator and 2 more floors by stairs every time we went to the sea, that's too much
Nice food choice, clean rooms, good entertainment for children

United KingdomThe customer service is unacceptable. Our room cleaning was missed a couple times and we had to escalate that to receptionists, with little success though. Some waiters wouldn't serve us well at the dinners, cherry picking customers who would tip them, in particular, Germans. Cocktails were in general pretty cheap and low quality, topped with artificial syrups, which I consider inappropriate for the price we'd paid for our stay. On our last day we wanted to extend our stay at the room, having asked that beforehand the day before, but we were refused with a vague reason that all rooms were busy which couldn't be true since the hotel was barely half packed.
Amazing view, close proximity to the beach. Abundance of restaurants and entertainment. The swimming pools are stunning. Especially we'd like to note how remarkable Ficus bar was - awesome drinks, amazing crew, fabulous location.

United KingdomIt all depends on where you have stayed before and how far you have travelled. In my case, luckily I have been to several all inclusive resorts and I would say that they have a lot of things to improve. Starting with the food: vegetarian or vegan options are not frequent. And the 3 options are always the same. They put meat in everything, even pasta, or they have white pasta but the sauce has meat in it. Drinks: there is an important imbalance: some make your drinks super high in alcohol and others don't. In my case, as I don't drink often, it's not something that bothers me but I think that if you're a drinker, the quality of the drinks can bother you a bit. Infrastructure: the complex is large and has many stairs, the lifts are not many, we went in low season and still preferred the stairs because there was a long wait to access the lifts. Opening hours: everything is very controlled, for example breakfast, lunch and dinner are basically 2 hours. Then you can go to the snack bar which has very LIMITED options. Extra services: I think the price for the spa is a bit ridiculous, especially because as soon as you leave the hotel in less than 1 minute they offer you the same service for much less money (hotel €75/ outside hotel €20). Language: sometimes it is very difficult because the English is not very good. But the staff go out of their way to help you, in our case we didn't notice that they were rude. A la carte restaurants: this was definitely our biggest disappointment. we had only 1 option in the 5 nights we were there, chosen by them as they were all fully booked. We got the Chinese. We asked them to please let us know if there were cancellations but to no avail. We thank Darya for her help. The problem is that you don't choose a la carte but they start bringing what is already done. And it is difficult again if you don't eat meat. And we did not like the quality of the food.
What we liked most about the hotel was the beautiful surprise in our room for our honeymoon. The view from the room is beautiful. We also want to highlight EMI from the fitness centre who made our stay nicer ,she filled us with info and trained our body, thank you! and reebi from animation, he made us laugh and entertained us. The location of the hotel is good, as you can walk to the city side and enjoy the beautiful shops. Tip, don't pack too many clothes and take advantage of the low prices of the most recognized brands. From the hotel you have direct access to the beach and I recommend watching the unique sunsets! It's also nice to have the bar nearby, which you can drink there or take your drink to the beach; nearby is the crepes and waffles service with sandwiches and lots of fruits. Water coolers are available throughout the complex. And the sweetest cats you can find. In our case the cleanliness of the room was very good! And they give you all kinds of shampoo/conditioner/body creams/shaving kit/sponges/swabs/soap and body wash. You also get slippers and robes. They also give you a bag with towels for the beach. another positive thing was the heated water on the pool in the outside area.
