The couple who own and run this hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. They helped us with several issues and have even provided a packed lunch and checked we were on our transfer to the airport at 0245 in the morning. Thank you Arif cave- we had a lovely stay! The area is beautiful and I would have liked to have stayed longer.

Literally nothing, our stay was perfect!

Our stay at Arif Cave Hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly and the fairy cave room we stayed in was just magical. On arrival the hotel manager took time to explain a bit about the history of the area and gave us a run down of all the top sights and activities. He even arranged for us to take a day tour that most suited our interests. The location of the hotel is very central, however just far enough away from the main bars and restaurants that it is peaceful and quiet. The views from the fairy cave room and the lounge areas are spectacular. The breakfasts were amazing and we were treated like family with genuine and warm Turkish hospitality. I would recommend Arif Cave to absolutely anyone travelling to Cappadocia.

Location: the cave house is nearly on the top of the hill, we have the whole sunset view over the city. It is also easy to reach the Main Street of Goreme. Han - the manager and his team - are extremely caring. Han himself offers support for booking pick up and send off service, recommends great food, ensuring we have good tea when enjoying the sunset.

We booked a room with a view, but to be honest the view was not that impressive. The view from the shared terrace is definitely much nicer, so I would actually recommend choosing a room without a view, which is cheaper, and spending more nights at the hotel instead. This is not really a downside, just my recommendation for future guests.

A wonderful place. We stayed in Cappadocia for 3 days and spent each night in a different cave hotel to compare – and this one was by far the best! The room was clean, cozy, and free of dampness (which can sometimes be an issue in such places). The hotel also has a fantastic shared terrace where you can watch the hot air balloons. But the highlight was the breakfast – I’ve never had such a varied and delicious hotel breakfast before. In addition to the buffet, the hotel serves omelets, traditional Turkish pastries, toast, and sausages, all freshly prepared just for you. The service was phenomenal. The gentleman at the reception (unfortunately I don’t remember his name) gave us excellent recommendations on what to do in Cappadocia – we tried them all, and they were fantastic. There is also a very kind young man working there, something like a concierge – Mustafa – who was always happy to help us with our luggage. Truly the best place to stay if you want to experience Goreme.

The view and location were amazing. The best spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset, as well as the balloons. Cosy and comfortable places to relax with views all day. Our room was gorgeous, comfortable, clean and so original. Han was the most incredible manager and went out of his way to ensure we had the best possible experience, including organising our transfers, day trips, balloon ride, washing services and just being a genuinely lovely person. The personal cooked breakfast was a highlight for us as well. Could not recommend staying here more and we cannot wait to return.

Arif Cave hotel was one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in. Our room was absolutely breathtaking, comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and there was many beautiful places to watch the sunrise balloons and the sunset. Han was an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make us feel at right at home. Ab absolutely superb stay at Arif Cave Hotel. The hotel is at an excellent location, being one of the highest cave hotels in Cappadocia and offering a splendid view of the hot air balloons. For the instagram girlies: The sunrise carpet photos at the terrace with the balloons are beautiful, and for the husbands who carry the bags :p : the walk to the viewpoint of the balloons is literally just 2 minutes from the hotel. So its a win win all the way. The views from the balcony are unmatched. Besides all these points, i think what made our stay absolutely unmatched due to which we have recommended this location to all friends and family hoping to visit soon, was the hospitality of Mr Han. More than a host, he went above and beyond to ensure our comfortable stay as if we were family to him. He also helped us book our horse riding and hot air balloon tour, so literally there was nothing to worry about. the street with all main cafes and restaurants is a 7 min walk and the famous carpet shop for photos is a 2 min walk, Attaching some photos here for reference. This is a special hotel, Han is a special human and the whole thing is special. My sister and I were traveling thorugh Greece and Turkey and out of all the places we stayed Arif Cave Hotel was the best. Han went out of his way to get everything sorted for us - and we arrived with no plans at all - he got us settled, arranged transit, balloons, horse bakc rides, and our transit back to the airport, he literally took care of everything. The room is lovely, so unique and different. Food was great!

We had the best time at the Arif Cave Hotel! The location is the best in Goereme, right next to the sunrise point. We had the best view in town from our balcony? We booked the room inside the Fairy Chimney which was super cute and special. The staff was lovely and Gokan ( Han) was the most friendliest person I ever met working in a hotel. Everything was clean and breakfast great. Love, Love, Love

Absolutely nothing

Property was stunning and so close to the city center. Everything was walkable, but why leave? Arif Cave Hotel has everything you're looking for when jt comes to views, food, and a good time. The staff was incredibly accommodating and facilities were super clean and such a lovely room. 10/10 recommend
