The hotel is located very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Very clean, the room is cleaned every 3 days and more often if necessary. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The staff is very nice. Special thanks to Mikhail and Eric. This is a place where I would like to return again. I highly recommend this place.

Breakfast perhaps could a bit better. More fruits and salads options. Lift is an old style lift, a bit hot inside lift.

We absolutely adore that everything is fresh and in pristine condition! The staff is super professional and very friendly. Thank you for caring so much Erika and Alia. We as a family were sick and they send us a care basket. This says a lot about good hospitality. Breakfast was great and my kids loved the flap jacks every morning. We recommend this place.

My only concern was the food counters not being covered for the fruits/vegetables for breakfast, and sometimes there would be flies. The jacuzzi took a long time to fill, around 2-3 hours.

The breakfast was lovely, had the option of having freshly made omelettes/egg station. Very clean, very modern, brillaint AC and facilities in the one bed apartment. Staff were lovely, friendly, very helpful.

I would add an instruction on how to turn on the water for jacuzzi. Also, a water heater in the room 5605 needs to be replaced. Consider to add more towels to the room.

This property is very well maintained and in good condition. Design is very nice and reminded me Hampton Inn by Hilton. I really liked the see view and jacuzzi in my room. Breakfast was very good. Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Vera and Ericka. Their Hammam was exceptional that everyone must to try!

We like this hotel overall. Great quality for money

The location of this hotel is very good. You have Mogros, BIM, and A101 nearby. Good renovations, the room is nice and clean. Very cozy spa complex with a good massage Cleopatra beach just a few steps away. Veey nice promenade to take a walk. Comfortable pillows, especially orthopedic one. Good breakfast, very delicious pancakes. Good customer service. Thank you, Vera, for always answering all our questions. Thank you for allowing us to do a late checkout. We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast has limited gluten free options but is otherwise plentiful and well presented.

Good size apartment, well-equipped, excellent gym & spa facilities. Great for longer stays. I used the gym and spa daily for my whole 2 week stay and it's excellent value for money and well worth the small surcharge I paid. High quality, clean facilities. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen, and I travel a lot. In this category of hotel you will not find a better one. Overall excellent stay and would definitely stay again when coming to Alanya.

The place is super clean and cozy. Breakfasts were really tasty, and we especially loved the atmosphere in the beautiful breakfast room. Sea is just around the corner, lovely area, calm and peaceful. We felt safe, relaxed and didn’t want to leave! We were lucky to meet Vera at reception — she made us feel like at home.

The audibility in the room is a bit of a problem. The windows don’t block the sound, so you can hear all the noise from the street. Additionally, the thin walls don’t help with the noise from neighboring rooms.

Absolutely incredible location in the heart of Alanya. Everything is available within walking distance. Nearest beach 40 seconds, shop - 20 seconds, fish market and Cleopatra beach - 10 minutes and much more. Staff is very friendly, polite and helpful.
