Nothing, it was perfect!!

Guys this is hands down the best hotel in Göreme. The room was spectacular, we booked the one with bathtub and it was super big and cozy. The breakfast was insanely good and typical turkish, with a great view to the hot air balloons and overall town. The location is just a little bit further south, close to everything such as restaurants, cafes and markets. The staff was extremely nice, they even handed us breakfast at 5am on the last day because we had to check-out early to catch the flight, and booked us the red tour which we absolutely loved to do! 1000/10!

Well nothing much

Its very much convenient to find the location. And all the food options are available within fee meteres of the accomadation. Its so nice city to explore all the needs and food options. And you can see morning baloons surfing through skies from the terrace. And the staff is amazing Nur and the other staff (forgot the name) both are proactive to customer needs. Nur is so good and well in hospitality.

our jacuzzi didn't work and the fridge also had problems, but we got a partial refund

We had a great stay at this hotel. The place itself is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly and they are professional. We had problems with our jacuzzi, that didn’t work any day of the stay. Staff was willing to help although it took a bit, but, when it became clear it wouldn’t be sorted, we got a partial refund. The breakfast is amazing with many options and a breathtaking view of Goreme. It might not be the most accessible place because there are many stairs. The location is conveniently close to Goreme’s main road, but calm. The rooms are quiet and cool, and we got a nice rest. It has parking.

The personnel, the rooms, the breakfast, and Göreme's view from the terrace were amazing. Nur, one of the staff members, was especially helpful. As we arrived earlier than expected (after taking a night bus), she stayed with us for the payment procedure & reserved for us a daily tour (green tour). She even helped us get the best price we could find to get a hot air balloon tour! Definitely would come back again.

The room is in a cave with the bed carved on the rock. Gorgeous room, great experience. Breakfast was very good and it’s served on the rooftop with a great view.

Amenities, specially the wifi keeps going off. The name says it all- "Antique". The antique set-up is appreciated. However, some basic facilities like a charging plug next to the bed would have been nice. That would not compromise the antique look and provide better comfort.

Very central location and authentic cave experience. Everything was clean and spacious. Late check in was possible and we were also allowed to leave our bags at the reception on the last day! A transfer from the airport was arranged. Great views from the breakfast terrace but food could be improved. We would definitely stay again, great place in Goreme 😊

The breakfast area is in the rooftop which is difficult to reach for senior citizens like me. You have to climb a lot of stairs.

The hotel itself is nice and beautiful. Room has a spacious area as well as the bathroom. Our room has a terrace over looking the awesome features of the city and the natural beauty of Goreme town. The ambience lives up to its expectation of an antique cave hotel. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Nothing to complain about their service. Our room has a jacuzzi. Breakfast is OK healthy and with a variety of food. The view from the breakfast area is breath taking! You can see hot air balloons flying over the roof of the breakfast terrace.

I loved the the rooftop terrace for baloon watching. The breakfast is served there as well, delicious outstanding bürek. 5 min walk to bus station. Cosy, warm, comfortable.

What a beautiful hotel! Wow. Stayed here for a few nights with my mother and sisters for a girls' trip. This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service is amazing - Nur was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful and accommodated every request. She also booked our activities - we were picked up directly from the hotel which is great. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. Genuinely the best I had my entire time in Turkiye. The view from the terrace is breathtaking - highly recommend having your tea out there. The rooms are amazing and so cosy and warm. The service is great. They treat you like family. I would love to come back soon. Thank you - from my mum and sisters and I :)

I can’t think of a single complaint.

It’s a beautiful cave hotel in the heart of Goreme that is just far enough off the main strip to be quiet and peaceful. There is a nice balance between traditional Turkish decor and the hotel owner’s interest in small vintage mechanical items which enhances its charm. There is an incredible view on the rooftop! The staff is wonderful and if you are lucky, you will meet the owner’s sweet puppy. I painstakingly went through the lodgings available and was very pleased with my choice!

The hotel is in an excellent central location, making it easy to explore the area. The views from the hotel are stunning, providing a picturesque and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast features delicious local food, giving a true taste of the region. The front staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist guests. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Cappadocia.
