The room service on request did not meet the standards of other hotels. All she did was change the towels and change the bed sheets.

The room is a little bit humid - which will happen in most cave rooms. Remember when booking that you will need a car or taxi to get to Urgup from Kaiseri. For restaurants you'll need to go to the center of town, which is less than 10 min by car.

Large cave room (it has a 'salon' part on top of the bedroom). Located ideally if you want to be close to the tourist areas of Capadocia but still sleep in the quite part of town. Breakfast was made fresh by (I assume) the mother of the owner. The stars of the place are the two dogs of the owners, Mila and Pacha, who will gladly join you for breakfast. Overall good price-quality.

If you need something, ask the father (Ohran), he is extremely helpful. The bazaar is about 20 minutes walk from the location so make sure you are fully stocked with anything you need beforehand.

It is a family run hotel with a few rooms so the staff is able to give a lot of personal attention. You feel listened to. It has a very relaxed atmosphere.

There is nothing I would say that is very bad. The toilet was a bit aged, and the seat needed repair. But all the good about the place overpowered those tiny difficulties.

It was very close to all the places we wanted to explore in cappadocia. The hosts were very warm and the breakfast was really good.

It’s not that comfortable as a regular hotel. there were no air conditioning and it was a bit warm even though we’ve been staying in the middle of October. Shower didn’t have a curtain. Beds were a little bit hard.

It’s a house built inside of a cave. An atmosphere of living in such a place is absolutely a must while being in Cappadocia. Breakfasts were really good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered free breakfast and tea :) you’re able to watch the balloons rise in the morning from their top terrace which is cool.

The hotel is not located in the center of Ürgüp, and it is on a hill, so it’s a bit hard to go by walking. They also arranged Red Tour and Green Tour for 60 euros each. I joined both. But some places are overlapping (like Göreme Panorama and Uçhisar Castle). Also, both tours include two shopping stops. If you are not interested in shopping (like me), it may feel boring. They arranged a shuttle to the airport for 40 euros. I think maybe if I searched by myself more carefully, I could find a cheaper option. So maybe it’s better not to leave everything to the hotel and try to check by yourself too (this is just my feeling, not based on real information). Wi-Fi speed was quite slow. When I measured, it was only 1.9 Mbps(not 19). The owner and his son (I think) don’t speak English well, so I used Google Translate to communicate with them.

I think the price is cheaper than many other cave hotels in this area. The breakfast is buffet style and very nice. I could eat a lot and felt full. I was told that the hot air balloon tour usually costs 200 to 400 euros, but luckily there was a campaign, and I could join for 120 euros. The room was big enough for a solo traveler.

This property was at the very top of the hill, but it was truly worth the climb, plus it was good exercise.

There is something magical about this property that speaks to legends of the past.

The location is far from main attractions and the center of the area. In Booking.com the check-in is at 1pm, but it’s ar 2pm in the property.

One of the rooms was good in design, the breakfast was decent.

The complimentary breakfast was a scam. It starts only at 9 and again only till 10. The food was just bread, 1 boiled egg , french fries and some cheese. They charged for an extra omlet

there is nothing that I don’t like about the property.

tur host ıs very cooperative and a lovely fellow. he helped us in finding tours and even took us to the city centre for the best place for traditional Turkish pizza. the property is newly built and the facilities are extremely good. I will definitely come again. 10/10 the location is perfect and just near to the centre of the city. the staff made our stay much more pleasant. thanks to OGuzhan for being an amazing host.
