The hotel’s building (interior &exterior) is much older in real than the photos on booking, it made me shocked at the first look, also most of the staff don’t know english at all which makes it hard for foreign guests to communicate

They make me book two rooms. The whole family stayed in one room and that was enough and very comfortable for whole family of 6 . 2 adults on youth 3 under 8 kids .

Pillows were ROCK hard...perhaps 1soft/ 1 more firm would be better. Shower heads not great but overall good value for money.

helpful staff, very good location for central Ankara, breakfast was sufficient, and the staff prepared anything we asked for. Very nice place to spend 2-3 days. Although the hotel is located at the heard of Ankara, it was very calm and silent during the nights. I recommend it.

Hotel looked new in pictures however I was on the upper floor and there was some moisture on the ceiling of the room and a fly that I had to lock in bathroom, also it is next to restaurant and that is why there was some gathering and some noice. TVs are old and channels are not very clear. I think overall hotel needs renovation.

Hotel has spa and sauna, sauna was well heated and big, restaurant is on upper floor and has nice view and terrace. Breakfast was okey, was fresh. Good value hotel.

It is one of the worst places I ever got to stay at. The shower was horrible, it has super unstable water pressure, with hot and cold water changing in a second. The room had a nasty smell, the staff super rude and not empathetic. Especially, the people in the reception had a horrible attitude. The food was super meh, breakfast was a bit better but the restaurant downstairs was of the upmost bed taste. The gym was not even a gym, I am assuming that everything else was as bad. Not recommended.

terrible internet, all our devices constantly lost connection, the staff even changed our room to a lower class and several floors below, but this did not help much. the most unpleasant thing is that when leaving the hotel at night, the night staff charged us for water from the mini bar, although it is free, it is shameful to do this - this water cannot cost 490 Turkish lira, considering that it is free. The transfer that the hotel offers is an ordinary taxi from the street, with a higher price for a kickback to the night staff of the hotel😳. we will never return to this hotel again!!! I do not recommend!
