Apparently, there is a small surcharge when you pay with credit card. It was the first (and only) time that happened it to us while in Turkey. It was not announced anywhere, and the receptionist told it to us right away on our arrival (there is no notice).

The hotel is clean and well-located next to the main street. The receptionist was also very nice by helping us how to reach Izmir airport on our way back.

There was no official place to park. We got lucky and scored a place right in front of the hotel but it meant that we didn't want to go out again because we were afraid that we'd lose our space and never find another one near the hotel.

This small hotel is run by a family - and they were incredibly kind and hospitable. The breakfast was very good. The room was simple but adequate to our needs.

The towels could be a bit thicker.

This hotel is the ideal base if you are in Bergama to visit the ancient sites. It's right opposite the Archaeological Museum (which is quite small) and one minute away from a taxi rank to get to the Acropolis (and the rest of ancient Pergamon). My room on the third floor was very spacious, one wall a floor-to-ceiling window with a view across the city to the Acropolis. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, very quiet. Lots of restaurants and shops within minutes. Parking can be a bit of a headache, but the lady at reception was super helpful, holding me a space right in front of the entrance that happened to be vacant while I ran to get my car, which I had parked in a street nearby. While in Bergama, it's much easier to get a cab to the sites (or walk) and leave the car wherever you manage to find a safe space to park.

My sheets were definitely clean but they smelled like cigarettes.

Location was very easy to get to and around the corner from the museum. Nice cafeteria-style restaurant next door and a car park just next to that. Super easy. Staff was so welcoming (including their friendly cat) and breakfast was delicious. Even got to watch a little Turkish “MTV” to experience that part of the culture. No kettle cup tea making facilities supplied in the room..and pillow too thick foam or whatever filling for my awkward neck ..I should have travelled with my own pillow!! Lucky I had a travel kettle with me..Also only awful Nescafe instant coffee for breakfast.. Not their fault..my husbands fault for not warning me to pack coffee making equipment and ground coffee!

It’s not a particulary exciting hotel but it does the job well. Staff were present at check-in and allowed me check into my room early. Room was basic but clean. Had TV and fridge, which is a definite plus. Bed and shower were good. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but did the job. Overall happy with my stay. Only downside was how dark the bathroom was, I would suggest fixing the main light there.

The shower wasn’t working well during our stay. Water started to leak in the middle of the night from the shower hose.

It is in a convenient location by the museum, and the room window faces the acropolis.

We only stayed one night here when visiting the area to see the Pergamon ruins. Perfect for us- family with kids 5 & 8 years. Beautiful view of the acropolis. Great restaurant suggestion from the staff who were also friendly and helpful.

If sensitive, a tad noisy as the sun rises... but we fell back to sleep until 8:30 both mornings!!

The owner and her assistants are very kind and helpful. Payment must be in cash TRL, EU, US. Atm's are close by. We were lucky with parking outside on the street.. if not, there's parking lot close by they'll direct you to after dropping off luggage. The room, bed & bathroom are mostly remodeled and very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast has adequate tasty offerings. For the price it's very fair.

Nothing bad comes to mind.

I liked the location - I was able to walk basically to every main site. The very nice reception guy had no English whatsoever but via Google translate he did his best to check me in and to answer my questions and it worked.

Parking was slightly problematic, although it worked. Breakfast was pretty basic, although good enough.

Run by a great couple. Friendly and welcoming. Town’s Tourist Information office in name only, but hosts were well informed. Town is quite walkable. Great location. Good breakfast.

Nice view of Pergamon from room. Food and shops at your doorstep. Breakfast was great. The home made biscuits and desert were delicious. The room was more like a hotel then a family run accommodation. Card entry access and power activation. A decent enough flat screen. Beds were comfortable. Parking right out front if you can snag one. Didn’t seem to be a problem though.
