This is a 9-10 property. Remarcable are: - Management’s good taste in making their hotel an offer of accomodation and spa facilities mixed with the original caves and a museum inside which also surrounds the restaurants. - The unique experience of having a bunch of Cappadocian ballon’s flying over your rooms in a magic display. - Nice Spa and pools. - Restaurant with good views over Goreme. - Friendly staff.

Could do with more sun loungers by pool area.

The room was stunning located right by the swimming pool, it was nice and spacious with a big bathroom and comfy bed. The viewing platform for the hot air balloons was breathtaking.

No A/C. Didnt expect this at this price point. Unacceptable for summer in CAP.. family was shocked to learn we would boil in the rooms. Wifi did not reach part of room. Shower water would exit area and flood half the bathroom. SPA is kind of abandoned and feels dated. They mentioned they ran out of fans, and only gave us one fan for two rooms. At the price point, with the heat, and no AC, it was quite astonishing they would mention they ran out of fans. One morning there was a person in the lobby looking at their phone who apparently was the lobby personel, not helpful, when i asked this person if they had a larger trash can where i could leave a small trashbag, he said they didnt have any and went back to his phone... please get off your phone and do your job... its not a bad place, but for what we payed, some of these things are not acceptable

Views are nice, location is nice, some rooms nicer than others. There are nice terraces to spend time at, bar personel had great attitude, same as restaurant. Make sure to take the hotel tour because there are many areas that you will miss unless you are curious to walk around

Its a beautiful place with all the bells and whistles. The rooms are comfortable, the spa is amazing, the restaurant is very good and the view from the terrace is beautiful. In my opinion, there is no better place to stay in Cappadocia!

There is something special about this lovely cave hotel. Staff is exceptional, helpful and accommodation is beautifully furnished and realy large. Breakfast was lovely and rich.

The concierge was impeccable. They were great at responding quickly and efficiently to my many question. They planned all our activities/ transferred and would WhatsApp me the day before for confirmation. They really made the trip so easy and enjoyable

The road can be a bit noisy as it is very steep a lot of cars struggle.

Absolutely stunning surroundings and layout was lovely too. Plenty of spaces to sit outside alone or with others. Just a short walk into town (very steep hill though!) for animal lovers too there are a few stray cats that call the hotel home, including two young kittens. All are quite scared so if you aren’t a fan of cats they won’t approach you but if you want to spend the time winning their trust it is very rewarding! Beautiful viewing platform on the roof for the balloons, well worth getting up to experience that. For those renting cars, there is free parking right outside.

Very hot in rooms… July is very hot… no aircon… only a fan in rooms and did not provide a fan for one of the rooms when we asked for it.

The outdoor pool was cold - not heated at all, which meant we used the indoor pool. However, the indoor pool is part of their spa area, which meant we had to keep noise to a minimum.

Such a unique experience staying in a cave hotel. We had a family room (4202) located at the very 'top' of the complex and it was spacious for a family of four. The hotel is only a 3 minute walk to the centre of Goreme, which is abuzz with cafes, restaurants and shops. All the staff here were friendly and helpful. Seeing the hot air balloons fly overhead was spectacular! Highly recommend this for a memorable stay!

The shower in our room was a weird box and there were no bedside tables or reading lamps. The bed was two beds pushed together and was far too big for the room and covers.
