Poor internet connection

In booking adversment was mentioned that SPA facilities in this Hotel are available. That's true, but I have to pay additional money. It's not correctly. Should be mentioned in the very first adversment.

Some little amenities were forgotten. There was a kitchen which can be used more efficiently if the property would provide washing equipments etc. WiFi wasn't working well.

The terrace was amazing. Very suitable to have fun with your friends and family. Satisfying view

Everything was excellent. Small recommendation would be that the owners provide basic utensils cleaning products (soap, scrubber and cloth). This would be very much appreciated by most guests.

Excellent and spacious apartment (we had booked a studio but we're given a 2 bed apartment). About 1 km from the main Bath house of Termal. Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the baths without the expensive overhead of the spa hotel room costs. The apartment has everything that you might need for an extended stay - cooking equipment, washing machine, utensils etc. Air-conditioning worked very well in every room.

I enjoyed my two night stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to thank Um Abdullah for her nice welcoming and support. Staff also were very nice, Hossam gave free ice cream for my son during our stay and didn't accept to pay for that which was very nice of him.

I booked it for members of my family. They liked the place and enjoyed their short stay in this apartment. They are saying it was clean and spacious and enough for big families of 5-6 members.

The only drawback of the hotel is the location. It is a bit far from the city center and the ferry terminal of Yalova. However, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Also, it doesn’t matter in case you come by car.

I spent a night at Almasa Suite apartments, a cozy and modern Apart-hotel near the famous Thermal hot springs. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the balcony had a nice view. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Almasa Suite apartments and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and affordable holiday in Thermal.

Limited amount of power sockets. Three is an oven on the kitchen but it doesn't work without electricity. No any power socket extender available on the hotel. Internet works well but with some interruptions for a few seconds every 30 minutes, it can be a problem if you need to make a video call.

Big, really big apartment and three are two spacious balcony. Nice place to have a meal with family. Good view from the 5th flor to the city, close to main street, supermarkets, bakery and thermal park. All equipment works well. Nothing to complain. The main entrance was locked until 9 am, but the host gave me an extra key from hotel entrance. Really helpful man.

There’s unfinished building adjacent to the hotel (we had no problem with it, but worth mentioning). If you take apartments below 4th floor you may have face the wall from your window. The guy at the reception was really nice but they didn’t tell us that they close the entrance door for the night and there’s no one on the reception. So be aware if you want to go out before 8am

Relatively new building right in the center of the town with lots of cafes and groceries within 5 minutes walking distance. About 15 minutes of walk to the thermal springs and pool. Or 5 minutes by car. There’s a parking lot in front of property. There’s heating for cold nights. Kitchen equipment is in place (though they don’t have microwave I think)

The hosts did not know about our reservation. He did not speak English. He seemed to not speak even Turkish. So, it took a while to prepare the room. Apart from preparing the beds, he probably did nothing more, the cleaning was so and so. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off. At midnight you could hear the other guests in the hotel slamming doors and shouting.

The apartment was very spacious.

Room was not clean, kitchen contains very few kitchen items. Electricity, heating are under automatic switch-on with door access card, meaning it will cool down while you're not in the room.

Located in Termal very close to main street and in walking distance to hot srpings. Room contains bathtub with thermal water crane, very convenient. Wi-Fi was good, but failed once, though was very quickly fixed.
