Some of the little things need fixing or replacing, like toilet holder that kept falling off and shower holder on the wall. Not major.

Excellent location, great pool and nice rooms. Good breakfast.

I wish I had a bedside table to put all my bits and pieces on.. More fruit at breakfast would have been nice too.

The pool could use a bit of cleaning. The area around the pool was probably used as year round rentals. The tenants had all their laundry hanging around the pool area. A bit off putting.

We arrived late and departed very early. Basically we stayed at the hotel for a few hours Long enough for a dip in the pool after spending a few hours climbing Pamukkale. The rooms were small and adequate. Staff was friendly.

Simple, comfortable, feeling freedom and being respected. Hakan and his father, also Baris, they know English.  They are helpful and will answer your questions as they could. Breakfast is simple but good taste. i really like. Room is small but enough to open 2 big cases. Toilet is spacious and separate with bathroom.  Strong water for shower make me feel comfortable 😌. I will stay this hotel next time if I come again. You can walk to the gate of Pamukkale (not South Gate) around 10 minutes which open at 8am, the direction is go upward. if you want to go from South Gate. you may go by taxi or asked Alida to help to call a car to South Gate. From South Gate, you can walk around 10 mins, then you will arrive the starting point of Pamukkale to go downward. Remember, for buying tickets, they only accept TL cash, not accept EURO cash. But you can pay by Visa card. Ticket charge €30 or €40 depends where you visit.

Dont expect a lot from the room facilities or breakfast. They are quite basic. The day tour was good but also has pitstops at a couple of shops and one of them is the local "textile" stop which happens be a department store. Be careful booking rental cars last minute at the airport. The rental car company (Budget in our case) confirmed our car and when we turned up at the airport to pickup, there was literally no one there and everything was shut including rental car company desks. Trust me, that airport is so small that its like a ghost town outside of the landing times of a handful of flights that arrive there. We needed to get to Dalaman airport to catch our flight back home. We managed to get the rental car guy on the phone and he started taking advantage of our situation and asked us 10k TL to drive us there and got us a stick shift sedan which could not accommodate four people and lots of luggage and was trying to upsell and make more money out of our situation. Very shady. We would have missed our flight from Dalaman if it was not for our host Hakan so a big thank you to him.

Great location right opposite the travertine and close to the hot air balloons take off site. Also plenty of restaurants and shops at walking distance.Hot air balloon ride was great. Our host Hakan was absolutely brilliant. Helped us with arranging activities and airport transfer and was available on WhatsApp when needed. He got us out of a very tricky situation with the rental car company when we were stranded at Denizli airport and needed taxi to Dalaman airport.

Hakan was incredibly welcoming, yet discreet. He assigned us a room overlooking the travertines. The heating conditioner worked excellently, and there was also a heater in the room. Upon arrival, we were offered a cup of tea, and there was a basket of seasonal fruits with a knife for slicing. Breakfast offered a stunning view of the travertines. Overall, a delightful experience with thoughtful amenities.

We were very happy with the hotel

Fabulous location. We had rooms on the top floor and the terrace outside had a wonderful view of the travertines. We could see people walking up and down the trail. The room was small but comfortable. There was a buffet breakfast with a good selection, and the view from the breakfast room was also excellent. We woke up early to the sound of hot air balloons filling nearby and saw them taking off, which was fun. We were able to park across the road for free. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to walk only a few minutes to find a good selection of restaurants. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool - that was a bonus!

Perfect location just across from the travertines - the South Gate is about 200m walk - and lots of restaurants close by. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is good, there’s free parking right outside and there is a nice-sized pool to cool off in at the end of the day. Highly recommend waking up at dawn and watching the hot air balloons drift over the travertines, what an amazing sight! We’re so glad that we stayed the night.
