Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThey are renovating and there was a lot of noise. It was advertised with a pool and sun loungers and this was not available, due to renovations. Would def recommend once the pool is full and all work completed. And def would recommend the hot tub room! There is a big pool that you can use tho by the golden wok at end of street and stay there all day for £6.
We stayed in the room with hot tub. Nice and spacious, plenty of windows, 2 balconies. The staff were really friendly. They let us stay in our room until 4pm as our flight was not until late and didn’t charge any extra.

United KingdomThe hotel was being refurbished, (April/May) so the stairs were dusty with debris. All the common areas were being worked on, which meant the room got dusty as you walk through it on your way. A few issues with hot water which were resolved. Noisy at night, due to night life, nearby. Sound proofing between rooms not good. Pool not open when we went end April/May. No lift, our room was on 3rd floor!
The room itself was newly refurbished (mostly) staff were all helpful and attentive. Short walk to lovely beach , cafes & promenade. Price was good.

UkraineWe booked deluxe room but actually it’s just a normal room in my understanding. Clean and comfortable but some things in the room should be fixed. There ware torn curtain, broken bedside table and sink stand. I informed the receptionist but she just said ok. There were only Turkish channels but I won’t insist. Probably we didn’t find any English speaking channels. And one more thing. If you have elderly people traveling with you try to ask not the highest floor. Cos there is no elevator and it’s a bit of challenge to walk up for people who have problems with legs or heart problems. There were no toiletries only basic liquid soap, no water no tea or coffee bags. The blankets are very thin. But no complaints on anything cos we just slept in this room.
Location is great. Around 7 min walk to the beach. Lots of eateries around. Konyaaltı is perfect choice for family. No problem with the staff. Easily reachable by phone. My flight was delayed so I called and informed them and that was easy to connect. The young guy at the reception was very helpful explaining everything in detailed when I asked and very polite with good English. The girl at the reception helped my mom with the luggage on the day of check in. Good and clean swimming pool not big though. WiFi worked well as well. The housekeeping lady was also super friendly and nice.

KazakhstanEverything was great, no complaints.
Excellent location in close proximity to the beach, shops, pubs, restaurants, yet very quiet in the apartment so we could have a good night rest. Small but comfy flat. All the required appliances are available, including a vacuum cleaner. There is everything that you need to cook at home. The staff was very helpful. Beautiful and clean swimming pool. Would love to come back next time.

United KingdomThe area is a little run down and could do with a revamp, it is quite a built up area with lots of apartments overlooking each other. Lots of noise from the street as pubs stay open till about 2 am, but we're night owls so it didn't bother me and my friend. The people were friendly, although very little English is spoke in the area. So there was lots of pointing at things we needed lol. There was always lots of sirens going off, so felt like we were back home in Brum lol. There was a few men trying to get me and my friend to go with them drinking, even though they could see we were both married and made it clear we weren't interested, so that put us off a bit on going out at times. There's excursions that you can still go off and do, places you can book with. But my friend and I just went for some chillout time. No one from the restaurants try and drag you in, so it was nice to wander without worrying about that. I did get bit really badly while there even with mozzie spray on. So have needed antibiotics, which is a first for me. So just be careful. There is a nice park to wander through, lots of greenery and trees around, but I don't think I would go through it on my own. In all a nice place, just needs more care and attention as it's really pretty with all the greenery around.
Staff were friendly, although their English was poor, as was our turkish, they really tried to understand us, as we did them. Pool was small but big enough to swim in and really clean, only about 4 sunbeds and various other chairs and garden swings. Apartment had everything you needed. Bed was really comfortable, balcony was small but enough for two people. There was two balconies, one we used to put our washing out on. Air conditioning was great no issues. Maid was lovely, came about three times to change sheets and bins. Wi-Fi worked great in all of the areas we frequented and it's free. Plenty of shops and bars around, beach was a stone and shingle shoreline. Lots of sunbeds on the beachfront. We originally had the basement room, but there are no cooking facilities or a terrace to sit out on. It is simply an ensuite bedroom. Very nice and clean, but I would say only if your staying for a night of two. Our apartment was nice and clean with a washer and a dishwasher, as well as kettle, microwave and a sandwich toaster. Only five minute walk to beach and shops up and down the strip a few minutes from apartment. No restaurant at apartments, but plenty of places to go and eat. Food is really cheap and you pay in lira. Alcohol seems to be a bit more expensive than the food. But still a lot cheaper than at home.

NetherlandsA new towel every day would be nice. And the bathroom had some things to be fixed like the toiletseat and the shower. Things that can be fixed easily and would make the quality a lot better.
The pool was a nice extra and the personnel were very friendly. The airco works very well. Quite good value for money. The room was hygienic but the bathroom smells old.

United KingdomThe walls are thin, so make sure to speak softly as it is audible to room next door. There is no lift in the property, so be ready to carry your bags to upper floors.
The property is small but clean. It is located in walking distance to Konyaalti beach with access to all cafes and restaurants near by. There is street parking as well. There is good supply of hot water for your showers and air conditioning.
