Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Saudi Arabiathe bathroom in the lobby wasn’t clean - no breakfast options enough - the room has broken items even when I changed the room - two of the staff I will not mention the names were very rude and helpless - room is not clean once I entered at the first time and also each time after cleaning from housekeeping and clothes are not organized.

Bahrain-Breakfast is the same every day. Even in the location of the dishes. -Location: not close to main road in Sisli nor close to Taksim. Although it is located some place inside Sisli, it is noisy. I discovered after few days that there was a cold store (retail shop) behind the hotel. -Lighting is very bad and the room is dark
-Size of the room (bigger than the majority) -Cleaness of the hotel -Staff is very kind specially Muli he was cooperative

United KingdomI didn't like that I was being blamed for an electric shock at the hotel but they tried to help and do the best they can.
Most staff were friendly and welcoming. Some staff were not and they should all be notified. If one staff is unfriendly and not helpful it means that most visitors will be unhappy. I was comfortable but the rooms need to be checked. Some of the sockets work, some don't, the water tap is the wrong way round. It looks as though the maintenance is not being kept up. This could be an amazing hotel if all staff are friendly and the maintenance is kept up. The idea of cats being in the hotel lobby for me is nice. However, I noticed one lady that has a fear of cats, there is cat faeces and hair around the hotel lobby which causes concern for hygiene and allergies too. Many people complained about this but aren't able to communicate with the staff due to language barriers. The light switches are very confusing and it took forever to figure out. It's a little dark and dingy in the rooms. Also, the breakfast is the same every morning and seems a little cheap. The restaurant could be open for coffee, tea and snacks. I don't understand why they're not open. It is a shame this hotel could be a great hotel.

PakistanThe staff was rude, more interested in selling overpriced tour packages instead of true hospitality. Couldn't even give a plate or fork for room service if you don't buy thier overpriced tour packages. The location is not Taksim Square, it's a good 1km away to Taksim and it's all hill/incline so you can't walk, you will have to take taxi or thier shuttle which only operates sometimes.
