“There was nothing good
Be careful! they might try to charge again.
I would not recommend this hotel at all!
Not professional, they don’t know their job. They don’t know peoples rights. They can just hold you there in the room just because they themselves do not know how to operate their business. They advertise their hotels in booking.com and we are customers who used this platform to book and paid using this platform. But they didn’t know how to take their money from booking! Now a question: is this my problem ? Why does this have to affect me and My family?”
“The staff is very friendly, making it a wonderful place for children with plenty of entertainment. The aquapark and pools are excellent, and the daily show programs are very enjoyable. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and desserts, and the hotel’s interior is modern and fresh.”
“The staff was very lovely, owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly (gave me a free breakfast one day which was very kind of him, as well as helping me finding the bus to antalya when i was leaving).
Hotel was very good overall, nice room comfy bed, nice shower and good WiFi. Nice pool and restaurant had very yummy food with lots of choices.”
“Very comfortable and positive personal everywhere, from the start of the trip we faced with the best as possible attitude and organisation from the hotel side. Tasty food, clean and comfortable the only things that I can tell about this place.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff that manages to fix problems rather fast. Our first room had a strange smell and they directly offered us an alternative. The hotel is directly at the beach and even during high season there are always sunbeds available at the beach or the pool even at later hours (11-12). Even if you arrive late there is a 24 hours restaurant operating and an available minibar. Almost the whole staff speaks quite good English, German and Russian. To a nearby very big bazaar it is only 10-15 minutes by foot. From there a bus and a dolmus goes to Side and theoretically as well to Alanya.”
