“Overall I had a pleasant stay at Babana Hotel. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help, especially Harun, who did his job with great professionalism and was always ready to assist, polite, and constantly smiling.
Reception kindly allowed me a late check-in at no extra cost due to my late flight, which I really appreciated. The hotel could benefit from some renovations, and the pillows weren’t very comfortable, but the warm hospitality made up for it.”
