Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNo wifi in our room. Russian guests were rude and took plates and plates of food and then didn’t eat it, wasting so much.
We loved the water park and the staff. Staff were kind and friendly.

AlgeriaTo begin with the welcom was clearly cold and we waited a lot, after more than an hour we finally we will have a rest and see the room reserved on booking.com, unfortunately it was the big disappointment .. it was ni way to spend the night there but we had to wait until the next day to make the exchange.. new room new view I'm not saying it was perfect or as we hoped fortunately the outside (adult swimming pool which was right in front of our room, children's pool, very varied food) compensated for what almost pushed us to change hotels altogether!

NetherlandsThere are no cards at the door to not be disturbed, so everyday at 9h00 housekeeping wakes you up. Buffet (didn’t use a la carte) restaurant is missing fine foods. They put effort in preparing so much food, but don’t go for the extra mile. Service could be better. Beach bar can be recommended with good food and drinks and clean. Prime bar better don’t visit. It is dirty and you can clean yourself the tables! Also not all cocktails available as f.e. Vermouth blanc with tonic ladies don’t drink in a disco!?! Confirmed by the staff and had to go to the reception bar myself! Reception bar is well equiped but lights are like in any Tunesian coffee shop: zero atmosphere.

Very clean place, with many attractions for families. Room. My room rented for one person through booking was much better than the family room through the operator in Poland

OmanThe staff behavior making difference between peoples nationalities, I was full inclusive but always not happy to serve us other thing the room service totally different compared with European customers ( rooms ready with bottle of wine, water, sodas,. etc...).. Animation team always similars shows, the hotel need to call time to time for professional. For my money we expected better food
