The wifi was working but the signal was not strong enough to stream movies. The floor was not cleaned in the bedroom and not perfectly clean in the rest of the space.

Location in the middle of the marina and 2mn from the beach; the appartement was comfortable and spacious for two people, the AC was working very well.

Before guests arrive, the doors and windows should be closed to prevent mosquitoes and flies from entering the room. The private beach should be cleaned.

Lack of way of transport from reception to the apprt

It is not quite in the early night , there are people visiting the sea and harbor and there are restaurants and bars, and there were mosquitoes, !!! Don leave the door open, And if you close the door it Can not be opened from the outside!!

Kitchen utensils are really old and not enough if you want to cook something. The hotel does not provide soap and sponge to do the dishes.

The only observation is that it’s quite a walk to the check in office it’s really hidden and way down the end of the marina..

I have been coming here a lot and lately the local youth are taking over the spaces outside, being loud at night.

The door had been painted to such a degree, that it was very hard, bordering on impossible to lock. Luckily, the door didn't have a handle on the outside, so it still could not be opened.

The facility has the bare necessities. the windows are not soundproof. The noise at night from the heavy restaurants and coffee shops can be loud

The sound of the boats rocking at the marina all night was a little noisy

Staff was fantastic, location is beautiful with restaurants, cafes, and pubs within 1-3 mins by foot. The apartment was beautiful with living space, kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and crockery. The fridge was helpful. Loved my stay I wish I stayed longer.

A few details. Nothing deal breaking. Missing kitchen items, (dish soap, sponge, spatula, etc,etc). High balcony wall prohibits a nice view. Window shutters also obstructing views.

location at the Marina made for a pleasant feeling. Very friendly and accomnodating staff that was very considerate in adjusting our reservation. Overall reasonable stay with good pricing.

For a self catering unit, there were essentials lacking: bottle opener, dish soap, dish towel for example. Some small appliances could be rental from the concierge. But, we had to buy some basics, in order to cook.

The position of this apartment hotel complex is fabulous. Our flat faced the Marina and backed on the sea. We enjoyed the terrace breezes while watching the boats.

The road that leads to the hotel is really thin and busy and since it is a two-way direction road it is very difficult and kinda tricky to reach the facilities. The parking space turned out not to be guaranteed, although we had chosen the parking included choice and we had paid for it. We were lucky the last minute before we left, because someone else was exiting, otherwise we would be forced to search around in the middle of the night to park.

Location is pretty nice since it's literally on the water. Calming atmosphere. Feels like you are on an island. Stuff is very friendly and polite.

Excellent apartment with a terrace facing the marina. It's fairly basic but had everything I needed. I liked it so much that I extended my stay for several more days. The wifi worked well. The bed was comfy. There are loads of restaurants in the marina, and it's only a short walk to the fortress, mausoleum, mosque and medina. The staff were friendly. I'd happily stay here again.

This 2 bedroom is above a restaurant. Very noisy until 2 am. Will opt for different smaller unit next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely amazing, making every moment feel special. The place was safe, which gave me great peace of mind throughout my stay. The studio I rented was definitely worth it—budget-friendly and provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff at the reception, especially Achraf. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and kind. During Ramadan, he even shared his meal with me, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. I can't thank him enough for his kindness! Overall, I highly recommend this place, not only for its stunning views and security but also for the warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!
