Some people from the staff should be thrown away because of their bad behaviour towards tourists. Was disappoint because the man at the reception didn't behave equally with arab and non arab tourists. Keeping well equipped rooms for those from europe. At first I was given a room with broken tv, Tel not working. Minibar not working ... tried twice to change the room .... no way. Hopefully at the afternoon after staff rotation at the reception.... l managed to get a better room straight away..... thanks to the new gay

It’s a huge low cost resort, everything is a bit crowded. and wifi is really not great, everything is a bit old and low cost really but for the price it makes sense.

Very good value for money, the buffet food is good and there is a lot of choice and good AC in the room. Beach access and pool are nice even though crowded. Massage at the spa was really good but manicure not at all.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Would not even give it a 1 star. Room was disgusting old dirty bathroom could not even stand in the bath with the amount of rust. No bins in the bathroom or room. Main bed had a broken leg. We were only given 2 towels for 4 people, we asked for more but they said that is the rules only 2 towels per room. Pool towels were not available after 4pm so had to stay wet. Carpets are very old and riped, glass broken everywhere and cigarette buds everywhere in the lifts, corridors ect. No mini bar in the room and I had medication that needed to be in the fridge. In main corridors leading to the restaurant electric cords crossing the hallway very hazardous. Would expect a kettle and water in the room for a 4 star hotel.

I have to praise the animators in particular, they were absolutely amazing. The staff in the dining room was also excellent, the staff at the bar as well, with one exception (horrible bartender - unpleasant, arrogant and even verbally aggressive). It's a shame because the other bartenders were absolutely amazing.

The location is close to power station making contaminated water to gi to beach tkat was took dirty with chemical smell. The beds aren't confortable & old furniture.The corridor carpet is too dirty.
